  1. what to say about efficiency? waited 1.30hr for making a report from 6 pm to 7.30pm, counter 1 cleared 2 person during my duration there. counter 2 stuck for 1.30hr still not moving, Still got two to three person in front of me. totally under staff and extremely low efficiency during peak hour. no numbering system as well, the station officer don’t know who come first. fed up and left.

  2. They were very upright on what i did wrong all the while using non lethal force. Helped me carry my belongings and in the end kept it safe and also without a single scratch i must say. Overall officers were very kind and professional. Will definitely get arrested by them again in the future.

  3. Be prepared for 1-2 years of radio silence if you report outrage of modesty. Amazing how no clarification on my side is needed, although the officer emphasized that the initial statement is a brief one.
    Maybe that is why most molesters are just given stern warnings.

  4. Was assigned IO Irene Yeo from the Scam Strike Team.
    Useless and horrible women. Totally lost confidence in her.
    It’s because of people like her I lost confidence in SPF. Really wonder how she win award….. ?

    Please remove her from her job. She is not worth keeping.

    If you ever get IO Irene Yeo, I highly recommend you to change cause really she get nothing done and very rude.

  5. Lock up cell was clean and comfy years ago when it was new. Officers were very kind to have led me and my friend the back exit of Jurong Point so we didnt have to walk very far and be tired, and when we were given a ride from Jurong Point to the HQ, the car was clean and comfy however the locks had some problem as I cant open from inside. Small matter. Upon reaching, helped keep our items safe when we enter our cell. Kudos!

    The dissatisfaction I have is from the officers stationed at the cells. They didnt give any food! The lack of food during my stay was unbearable! I was soooo hungry! I really think they forgot about me!

    Dont get arrested at Jurong, you will regret! Please consider other police HQ next time for your stays! ?? Not recommended!

    14/11/2021 around 5pm. Only 1 counter open when theres 2. We reached first but was asked to wait outside due to social distancing. While waiting outside, another 2 women came and waited outside with us. When the seats inside has cleared, me and my husband went in and sat at the waiting area. The officer at the opened counter(same officer who told us to wait outside) went outside to the 2 women and brought one of them in to the counter to take their report.

    So me and my husband’s time has been wasted waiting for them to take our report. Maybe our report isnt as important or urgent as the woman’s but do respect people’s time. As far as I know, it’s supposed to be a first come first serve basis. 2nd time here, both unpleasant experience. Made us lose respect for this station.
