26/9 an IO called to inform that my bro has stolen two bicycles base on the cctv clips is now on the wanted list. F2F interview is required despite my bro has gone back to msia long ago.

Appearantly, it is useless to call and get help from the police when you have a public nuisance under your block because you will be ignore for more an hour and only despatched their officers when they received numerous complain. I had been enduring and bear with it since November 2021 and helpless everytime to be awake at 5am or earlier in the morning. I urge the resident of block 186 to write in a petition to our MP to address our helpless. @desmond lee mp of boon lay

Service sucks, even there were 4 officers around, only one counter was available to serve us. We have waited for more than 1.5hrs yet were not being attended to…had to leave in the end without changing our residential address as I am pregnant and wasn’t feeling quite well. They also do not have the courtesy to inform if we are expected to wait for sooo long, though we spotted one officer was sitting in the room and walking around, not sure why he couldn’t help with the crowd. Simply ridiculous!

Called the hotline. Called the NPC. Total of 4 calls made on the 1st of January 2021. Supposed to spend my holiday happily but was disturbed by a group of more than 6 noisy neighbours gathering at the 4th storey stairway of BLK 174. All were not seen wearing masks. They laughed and screamed at the top of their voices. I was awakened by their screamings around 5am. My family stopped me from approaching them. So, I called the police. Regardless of me making 4 calls, I didn’t see any officers at the location! It’s already 8:10am now! I made the last call to Jurong West NPC at 8am. Why the call didn’t receive any attention? Why when needed, the police is not here? We are calling the police as we don’t want to have problems with neighbours which may end in a fight. To avoid all these, we seek the authority’s help. In cases of emergency, can we call the police? Who else can we call? Very disappointed! It only made me think that it would have been solved if only I had approached them myself. Most to most, fight and ends there. But if I had fought, will the authorities arrive? I’m already 45 years old. I’ve seen all these from 16 years old! Disappointed!

what to say about efficiency? waited 1.30hr for making a report from 6 pm to 7.30pm, counter 1 cleared 2 person during my duration there. counter 2 stuck for 1.30hr still not moving, Still got two to three person in front of me. totally under staff and extremely low efficiency during peak hour. no numbering system as well, the station officer don’t know who come first. fed up and left.
They were very upright on what i did wrong all the while using non lethal force. Helped me carry my belongings and in the end kept it safe and also without a single scratch i must say. Overall officers were very kind and professional. Will definitely get arrested by them again in the future.
Be prepared for 1-2 years of radio silence if you report outrage of modesty. Amazing how no clarification on my side is needed, although the officer emphasized that the initial statement is a brief one.
Maybe that is why most molesters are just given stern warnings.

Useless and horrible women. Totally lost confidence in her.
It’s because of people like her I lost confidence in SPF. Really wonder how she win award….. ?
Please remove her from her job. She is not worth keeping.
If you ever get IO Irene Yeo, I highly recommend you to change cause really she get nothing done and very rude.
Lock up cell was clean and comfy years ago when it was new. Officers were very kind to have led me and my friend the back exit of Jurong Point so we didnt have to walk very far and be tired, and when we were given a ride from Jurong Point to the HQ, the car was clean and comfy however the locks had some problem as I cant open from inside. Small matter. Upon reaching, helped keep our items safe when we enter our cell. Kudos!
The dissatisfaction I have is from the officers stationed at the cells. They didnt give any food! The lack of food during my stay was unbearable! I was soooo hungry! I really think they forgot about me!
Dont get arrested at Jurong, you will regret! Please consider other police HQ next time for your stays! ?? Not recommended!
