When I arrived for waxing, I was offered an outfit to change into that horrifyingly smelt very strongly of sweat. When I asked for it to be changed, the lady claimed it was clean. When I pointed out it smelt, she yanked at it and sniffed it before walking off to get a fresh garment.
The waxing was the worst I’ve ever experienced, with the technique messy, rough and slipshod. This was the first time I ended up with wax even on my fingertips.
I had to point out that she needed to stretch the skin before she waxed as she kept yanking without doing so. The owner hearing that, came to remind her staff to do so.
She also kept asking me to check her work before she had completed it and used another sweat-smelling cloth to wipe my arms down, as the owner watched. I came ready to have a second treatment but decided against it given her poor work and hygiene levels.
The owner realising I was unhappy, said I should give her a chance and ask for her the next time, as several of her other customers have done. To me that raises significant red flags. Why would she unleash her poorly trained staff upon unsuspecting customers?
This is the first time I’ve left a ‘beauty’ parlour feeling utterly grossed out by the horrible service. I will certainly not be returning. Requires tremendous improvement.
I love the ambience & the service. The service itself was superb. They’re polite & professional. My therapist was Zura. Keep up the good work Zura and I will definitely come again to try another service

Very very very comfortable, my legs (I did foot massage) felt rejuvenated! Brought my mum for her birthday celebration, totally worth the money~
I had an absolutely amazing spa experience! The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and the spa staff were so attentive and skilled. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I can’t wait to come back for another session!
Therapist very friendly and helpful. Location wise is okay. Quite easy to park. Spa bersih & cozy. I took bridal package (body scrub, body mask & jacuzzi). Highly satisfied. Scrubbing time is nice. Body mask sgt pekat & smell so so good. Bath time tu jacuzzi filled with lots of flowers. No kidding. I’ve been to several spa & normally bunga sikit je. This time bunga mmg sgt byk & variety. Therapist lembut2 je org nye. During haircut sesh, dia cuci rambut lama & the head massage is good & nice. Highly recommended. For those yg ade anak also can come. They have kids area for kids to play around while mommy having me-time.
**Maybe just me, but bilik treatment agak sejuk. If possible, probably can make the room slightly warmer by mean temperature air-cond x terlalu rendah. Consider that i kind of ‘berkemban’ so i got freeze a bit. Other than that very very good. Thumbs up.
