Hair – Very disappointing. They asked for a picture for reference of the kind of style I want. I showed them a simple and sleek chignon updo. I ended up with a frizzy mess of hair that was just thrown in a messy updo. Not even a passing resemblance to a chignon. If that’s the case, why even bother asking for a reference photo. They also burnt my hair. Had to get treatment from a better salon to undo the damage.
Makeup – Below average skills. I have never seen such poor fake eyelash placement either. You are better off putting on makeup for yourself because their skills are probably no better than the average layperson. I also specifically asked for a certain eyeshadow shade to match my dress but my request was ignored several times. I was obviously unsatisfied at the endproduct and eventhough I had politely requested for the shade I wanted, I was met with a lot of grumbling. The person was rather unhygienic as well. She used the same uncleaned brushes on my immediately after the previous client. I wouldn’t mind if they cleaned it with a simple damp cloth. But they didn’t even bother.

Don’t let its apprentices to cut your hair. You will regret, they are far from skillful.
First time getting a haircut here. They’re a bit hidden but it’s near RS bundle shop. They normally take appointments but if the place is empty then walk-in is also okay. The hairdresser is a nice lady, very professional and works fast. Appreciate that she didn’t start any small talk bcos I’m quite socially anxious. Her hands are very gentle too so my scalp didn’t hurt. Add on the soothing background music and I almost fell asleep lmao. They also has other services like bridal make up, basic facial and even Mani and Pedi. The full package. Really respect that she’s handling all that by herself. The place is a bit warm though and it would be nice if there’s basic magazines or papers to keep one occupied while getting their hair done. The price is a bit steep as well (RM38) but she was very kind to give me a student discount ?❤️. I’ll definitely come back next time to try out the facials and do my hair. Thank you!
A last minute reservation for 3pax but was accepted whole heartedly by owner. Very humble and hair stylist were so friendly too. Very generous with her suggestions of places to visit around Sabah/KK, as this is our first visit here… So gentle with her hands and always checking if everything is good. Great service! I recommend for others to come visit this salon too.??
