My facial was amazing. My skin felt so soft and refreshed afterwards. The hair color and scalp treatment were also great. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever before.

Been here for promotion but they forcing me to do other treatment when i say no and ask to do other appointment , they still forcing with other package . While my hair being stim,the staff so unprofessional, 3 times the other staff hit the hair stimmer without saying sorry . Like, where is the common sense. People come here for treatment and some relaxing but end up sakit hati with the staff attitude, and i remember the one staff said “hidup ni tak bole nak serius sgt” after seeing me bekerut, then all of them laughing. Like hello, 3 kali kot dia langgar without saying sorry. Cutting my hair also like cincai2. Mmg la i request to cut sikit sahaja, but at least make it neat .

    Austin did an amazing job. Was my very first time to highlight I had so much of fears on which colour to choose but he picked the best suitable colour for me.   2. Was reluctant to do a review but since the staff asked and I’d told them I’d do it, so here it goes. Typed long reviews several times but deleted it.

    Went to get hair trimming. Other staff were good, friendly and accomodating, and the reason for the stars given. On the trim itself, I found that other places done better, in services, advices, and result

    Was looking forward to come to get massage every month since my company sponsors it, but i don’t think I’ll come again

  4. My first time here. Services were all great from start to end. They welcomed and served hot tea when I first arrived. Then they consulted whats best based on my needs and budget. Took a full day package, head to toe; body, face and hair. They even served me light refreshment for lunch since I had to stay from 10am till 6pm. Went back feeling refreshed, smelling good, skin condition had improved much better. No doubt those reviews from previous customers speaks for what I had experienced as well.
