5 months agoThis is one of the main supermarkets that supplies groceries to the local community, mainly for folks staying at Beverly Hills Apartments. Though my complaint is the poor ventilation at the fresh seafood area. The smell permeates the kitchen utensils / homeware on the shelves nearby.2 years agoBought some fish from the Hypermarket this afternoon. Price was reasonable. However, it was found that their internal organs were very loose and mushy. The worst was their bones were dislodged from the spine. I suspect these were bombed fish. I would suggest the management check with their suppliers to ensure quality.5 years agoFresh and nice raw materials for cooking, price of some of them are quite reasonable and cheap. Varieties are a lot too.a year agoAppreciate that they have varieties of products and ample parking spaces. Price is still ok, a bit cheaper than the small groceries stores. There’s no telephone number written on the receipt. No exchange and refunds. Thus be very careful and inspect the items (if there’s mold/ sign of spoiling) carefully when buying fresh goods. Double check expiry dates. Service is average.5 years agoGreat roofed parking facilities and reasonable prices.

I understand its the SOP but you can’t have your customers walk all the way back grabbing all the stuff to your car. Raining too?
One of rule of business: Make it easy for your customer.
Suggestions: Either put a line between the door to separate entry and exit.
Or arrange a worker carry the stuff in the supermarket and pass it in the exit. If follow SOP then adapt it fully and change your system.
Place is well Aircon with loads of parking at the back.
A lot of choices for frozen n fresh food. Prices are competitive with good service.
Impressive when they said no plastics on weekends and Monday. And said to either purchase a bag or use a box. Unfortunately devastating when i realised that i had to fix the unfolded box myself. How ridiculous that can be if they are more people waiting at the counter and here i go outside to get a box fixed because the staffs who are standing there will not assist you in that? Way better to encourage more people to go plastic free is when they can actually provide the boxes ready for people’s usage instead of leaving scissors and tape outside for people to do themselves!
If you are unable to find certain grocery products elsewhere, try looking them here. This place never let me down. Huge selections of groceries especially the cooking essentials like kicaps and beras. More parking available behind the store.
There is a car wash and food vendors. For washing outside only rm 8 (saga). I ate laksa and cendol at one of the food vendors. Rm 11.50.
