Arriving early on that day as the first customers, the lady in the office displayed a sour expression as soon as we walked in. We intended to service one car and conduct checks on another. She informed us bluntly that their only mechanic/foreman wasn’t present, unsure if he would even show up that day. We offered to return later.

Upon our return, the mechanic/foreman had arrived. We asked the lady if we could speak directly to him about leaving the car or waiting, but she informed us curtly that he was currently checking another car and wouldn’t answer our questions until he finished, which would take around 20 minutes. We suggested leaving the car and returning later, but she outright rejected the idea.

Having given up on the second car, we just wanted to make the payment and leave. When we enquired about the issues with the first car, she responded unclearly, and when we asked again, she abruptly stated, “I ALREADY TOLD YOU!” The interaction with the lady in the office was unpleasant, and upon leaving, we noticed that even the mechanic/foreman had a displeased expression.

To be fair, the other staff who serviced the first car seemed okay; he appeared to be the only normal or reasonable staff member. Overall, we won’t be returning. For tyre checks or replacements, we recommend heading to the other branch down the road. They have more staff there, and the service is way better.
