2 months agoA very professional vet. My babies are happy. Highly recommended.11 months agoI did not make an appointment but thankfully they acceptted as there is no other patient. Vet and staffs are very kind and friendly. They explained one by one to me and share tips to raise a kitten without mother. Totally recommended!a year agoYou are spoilt for choice in buying cat food & accessories here. Price is very competitive2 years ago1) Clean clinic. 2) Examine my babies thoroughly. 3) Nice vet and staffs. 4) Informative.Will go again.

I went to neuter a stray cat at this vet and everything went well. But i’m never going back because the service by the vet nurse and the vet was so poor. None of them were friendly at all. I arrived soaking wet from the rain, no one even offer a tissue or anything to wipe my cat’s carrier as she is also wet from the rain. The female indian vet didn’t give me any assurance at all before doing the procedure as the stray cat is not fully well. She only kept saying “There’s always a risk in this procedure” When I asked for comparison of my cat’s breathing rate, she said “I don’t know I didnt treat her last week” Yall don’t have a data or something?? She also didnt give me any advice at all for the aftercare. Only told me I need to cage the cat for a week and put a cone. Didnt even ask me if i already have a cone or not! Luckily I had experiences already so I know what to do. I don’t know why yall want to become a vet if you don’t have any passion in the animals at all.
This is my most trusted veterinarian in town. I have brought both of my children here for monthly vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and any other health-related issues, and I would highly recommend this establishment. Both vets are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They will thoroughly explain the transparency of each procedure that they will perform, so I am well informed about the repercussions of each therapy.
I took my kid to this clinic a few days ago to get spayed. Overall, the operation was simple. The registration process was simple, and the doctor thoroughly examined her to ensure that she was physically fit before she underwent surgery.
My baby needed some time to recover after the treatment, but the doctor kept us updated via phone calls.
We got a call the next day saying she could finally be freed from the ward. The total fees are also extremely inexpensive when compared to the amount of service that you will receive. Keep up the good work.
Recently brought my little kitten there. While the vet was very quick to diagnose and treat my kitten, but I’m very disappointed by the quantity of the medication given.
We were to administer the meds to the kitten for 10 days but the meds ran out by the 6th day.
Since we were returning to KL with the kitten, we went back to ask for more meds before the journey home. The vet assured us that the meds is enough for 10 days even though it didn’t look like it. They won’t gv us more.
We measured the dosage accurately and we were really very careful to not spill any. At the end, the meds really was not enough for 10 days.
If you want your pet to stay alive don’t ever bring to this vet no matter how emergency it is . My dog passed away just because of them ,not really knowing what she going through simply gven few tablet and yes after few days she passed away ?Your pet’s life is in your hand ,choose wisely ,Don’t ever bring here ?

) knowledgeable & professional from my interactions! I am saying this as i have medical background too plus can understand the treatment plan instituted. Sick Snow White received prompt attention when brought by a dear friend. ( God Bless her !) & also based from the feedbacks I received from her too was VERY reassuring .
Snow White is still under their care as they are trustworthy . The front desk staff and Assistant ,Leela were good too . Place is also spick and span too . Keep up your good works ! Tq
