My MAIN intention is just to go and get my 2 & a half month kitten vaccinated. I’ve the price as it’s written $55 and i was just expecting to pay up to another $20 max for any other fees (consultation etc.) Upon arrival, they took me and my kitten to the room and they said her nails were very long and sharp so they went on to trim it WITHOUT even asking if i want it to be trimmed because I myself have a trimmer at home for my cat. But then i thought they were doing it out of being nice and so that my cat might not scratch in the process of being vaccinated. & they proceed to accidentally cut too much on one of my cat’s nail and he bled from that. (you can see a small red spot). Yes this could be cos of the cat’s movement but i believe you should be well trained as a vet, If i’ve trimmed it before why can’t YOU, a vet trim it better than me?
Secondly, my cat had ear infection and so they decided to clean it and i already saw my expense going up by abit. HOWEVER, the part that irritates me the most is, i did not ask to see the ticks/mites under the microscope, the vet herself proceeded to check under the microscope and she asked me if i wanted to see. I thought she was asking me out of curiosity and i agreed. and i was charged for this. not only that, she proceeded to tell me SHE wanted to show me a different kind of mite that lives on the fur. and so i just went along and said sure. and YET i was charged for this as well.

A huge thank you to the vets and nurses at Canopy vets for helping my Ginger get better from his flu. The Cat-only waiting area really helped keep Ginger calm and reduce her stress levels.

Spacious, Clean and most importantly, there is a private waiting area for cats!!
Dr Denyse is very attentive and professional. She is very informative and is also sincere in treating our Pudding. As a pet owner, we know that our Pudding is in good hands.
The clinic is also very well equipped.
Beyond standard services, they even offer other comprehensive solution such as medical boarding and quarantine services. Additional to it, in my opinion, the cost is extremely reasonable I would say.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. Place is clean, well ventilated and have ample space for my French bulldog to run around.
Staff and doctors were all very polite and attentive to my needs. Doctor is very polite and professional and explained in detail to me and my parents about my dog’s medical condition and proposed course of treatment. Vet is not only a vet but also a animal dietitian that’s a definite plus for me.
Will definitely make this place my no one Vet to go to. Very highly recommended
Decided to bring my cat, Kitty here for her terrible wheezing episodes after reading the reviews online and did not regret at all! The appointment booking process was seamless; they managed to accommodate to my last minute request. The vets are very attentive, caring and knowledgeable and the front counter staffs are professional. I also love how the area is spacious too, which provides comfort to Kitty. The fees are also quite affordable. Overall, I’m amazed at the service offered and will strongly recommend to others!
