  First time visit this Vet clinic. The vet and clinic assistant is attentive and helpful throughout. My cat is calm handled by the lady vet, she is friendly and explain patiently to my questions towards my cat. The Clinic is clean overall. Reasonable charges for vaccine and body check. There are promo for other services, need to check if needed. I would suggest to call before visit. Support!

  Doctor was very friendly to pets and clients. I was very delighted with the service. He even helped me carry my cat into the treatment room. He listened and asked questions to make sure if there were anything else needed to be informed. He went above and beyond to answer my inquiries via phone the next day. The staff was also helpful too. Superstar service from Sanctuary! Affordable n reasonable. But most importantly how nice and kind they treat our pets.

  I frequently visit this clinic especially to neuter/spay my cats. Harga berpatutan & the service here’s very good. Banyak ilmu dapat daripada veterinar. One of my cats needs to revisit this clinic for reviewing his medical condition & so far I’m satisfied with all the review sessions. Highly recommended.

  my first time went to the vet, and it’s one of the heartwarming experiences. the doctor is so kind and friendly. she’s so gentle to animals. also, the chinese guy in charge of the registration counter is also kind and fluently speaking in bahasa Melayu. highly recommended ! I feel so welcomed ^^

  I take injection kurap for my kitty and they also provide follow-up treatments 🙂 vaccines ✅️
