12 months agoFirst time visit this Vet clinic. The vet and clinic assistant is attentive and helpful throughout. My cat is calm handled by the lady vet, she is friendly and explain patiently to my questions towards my cat. The Clinic is clean overall. Reasonable charges for vaccine and body check. There are promo for other services, need to check if needed. I would suggest to call before visit. Support!3 months agoGood services by doctor and staff..friendly and affordable price…a year agoDoctor was very friendly to pets and clients. I was very delighted with the service. He even helped me carry my cat into the treatment room. He listened and asked questions to make sure if there were anything else needed to be informed. He went above and beyond to answer my inquiries via phone the next day. The staff was also helpful too. Superstar service from Sanctuary! Affordable n reasonable. But most importantly how nice and kind they treat our pets.7 months agoI frequently visit this clinic especially to neuter/spay my cats. Harga berpatutan & the service here’s very good. Banyak ilmu dapat daripada veterinar. One of my cats needs to revisit this clinic for reviewing his medical condition & so far I’m satisfied with all the review sessions. Highly recommended.8 months agomy first time went to the vet, and it’s one of the heartwarming experiences. the doctor is so kind and friendly. she’s so gentle to animals. also, the chinese guy in charge of the registration counter is also kind and fluently speaking in bahasa Melayu. highly recommended ! Sent my kitten for a leg fracture treatment here early this year. She was warded for 6 days. At first, she looked fine when I picked her up, however she developed symptoms of parvovirus and died within 5 days. I think the vet management should improve the separation for warded cats. Will not return here
Have a good doctor… Friendly and helping staff, comfortable waiting area.
Vaccine + deworm + deflea about RM65. More pricier than other vets I have been to.
I only bring my rabbit here for treatment.
