Expensive, not because of the price, but the professionalism. Ask to pay for a consultation fee but without any question asked. Simply give medicine and like stuff settled. Like many said, stray pets are not entertained. Hope it’s doing well in heaven

First visit today & was greeted by Kevin who was very welcoming & helpful.. Dr IIris was very patient & professional with our many questions about our dogs condition. Clinic was very clean too. A Pleasant experience.

The doctor was super kind to my Golden and gave me a lot of advices on spaying and on managing my dogs skin problem Better. Appreciate it a lot and they have been really nice to me since day 1 eventhough I don’t take my dog there a lot since I’ve been away for a long time.
This time when I returned, they treated me the same way ( super kind and friendly), which I definitely appreciate and grateful for. Wonderful place, super clean too!
Great clinic. I urgently need to bring my kitten last saturday to check on her leg. Even though their appointment is full they still accept us. Highly recommended clinic. This saturday will bring my another cat for check up.
Experienced Doctor.. all my cats went here.
The price can be little bit pricy but so far they able to make proper diagnose. I am a long customer for Dr Ng .. from she had to athma to cat till she got one and she still serving.
They are also kind and passionate .

Made a call three times today to request for a soft copy of my dog’s xray taken. All requests denied with one excuse “ I’m sorry I can’t speak to you anymore” only because I called multiple times. Staff Kelly is absolutely rude and honestly too brainless to be working in a clinic. Doctor has too much to pride to answer to patients demands. I have the entire call recorded in my phone and will definitely make an official report regarding. Better vets around KK with better patient care.
They have One of the worst receiptionist! Then I thought talking To the Dr would be better but seems To be even worst!
If youre well aware of the words used by your vet then perhaps ypur response to this situation would differ and I did not end the call abruptly. She replied rudely and hung up. Im sure youre providing excellent services nevertheless but this incident sure isn’t one!!!!
