in memory of Albab. Thank you for having me . the 15 years old cat has been diagnosed with diebetic . i am glad to sent Albab to G Vet coz their professional services and i am glad the period of Albab passed is short after the diagnosis.. i learned a few things with Gvet professionalism and thank you for that.

1st time made a visit to this vet clinic for a rabbit treatment. Am satisfied with the service and politeness from the front desk staff. The doctors are very friendly, polite and treat the rabbit like their own child.

This is my regular and most preferred vet. The service is good and price reasonable. I always bring my cats for vaccine and any problem with their health. Sometimes I also bring stray cats that I rescued for medical treatment. Thumbs up ??

Good communication from the doctor on the vaccine requirements for my kittens. Sadly not enough weight however they did get treated for ear mites and worms. Much information shared with good understanding of proper care to keep my kittens healthy.
Mei had been under Dr Au’s care since we adopted her 3 years ago. She had chronic skin condition which was successfully treated. Mitral valve disease followed and then pulmonary fibrosis with trachea collapse.
Through all this, Dr Au tried everything possible and did her best to make her comfortable till she took her last breath.
Our sincere thanks to Dr Au and the VPAC team.
I started to visit VPAC since my 1st cat. One of My cat’s gastrointestinal issue been solved my Dr Au. And finally she is getting her normal weight based on how much she intake. Sames goes to my boy’s teeth issue, Dr Au and Dr Jin took a very good care of him. He too timid and stressful when he stayed overnight at the vet clinic. Thanks to the staffs also been patience with him. Hug him to bring up his body temperature after a long teeth extraction procedure.
I love their clinic cleanliness.

Totally disappointed with this vet. We came here last year for the first time, everything was very good, our dogs are being well attended. The receptionist was very good too.
However, this year when we came back for boarding for our dogs, they never upfront inform us that there is requirement for our dogs to take some ticks prevention pill or something. When we were there, they asked if we gave our dogs the ticks prevention pill. If we did not, they will need to charge us RM53 per dog to give to our dogs. We have been boarding dogs for many times and this is the first time we need to pay additional for ticks prevention pill which we were caught unaware.
And also, we had made appointment for teeth scaling end of last month. And the receptionist with tattoo (not discriminating but we do not know the name), is being rude as we had made appointment but the phone number was being inserted wrongly by them and yet she said we did not make any appointment without any further checking.
THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THIS WILL BE OUR LAST TIME VISITING THIS VET!
came here due to the good review, but meh. will not repeat. Doctor is okay but for the front desk, learn some friendly gestures with ALL your customers especially that staff who wear glasses. If can talk nice to others, sure can talk nicely to me. Parking also can be difficult even though the clinic is near road.
This is the second time I have brought my hamster here for treatment, I am quite satisfied with the doctor’s treatment at this clinic. My hamster her hair loss and redness and swelling on her legs. Use the medicine that the doctor gave me. Use it for only 3-4 days and redness and swelling get better and no more, but doctor say use more until her hair grow up again then can stop. after about a week, new hair will begin to appear. Therefore stopped applying the medicine. and this is the 1st time.
And on the second treatment, I saw that my hamster had a swollen lump under its chin and her hair loss stomach area. Even though his house not dirty and the living conditions were quite good,
I am worried that my hamster will develop a serious disease even though he is cheerful, bright, eats well, and is active.
Coming back this time, I was impressed by the careful, calm and gentle way of checking my hamster’s body, which was very different from the first time I went to another doctor. This time when I saw this doctor His name is DR. NG LI KAI. I felt comfortable and was not afraid to come back again if my hamster got sick again. But I hope none of my hamsters get anything serious again.?
But when treated with this clinic, both doctors provided straightforward and to the point. Definitely won’t scam your money for sure.?
The response to the message was considered fast and did not require a long wait. The cost of treatment each time is appropriate.
All in all, I’m very impressed with this place and most importantly, it’s very near for my house.
