KL Zoo is excellent place to enjoy with kids. We had a great time. Please make sure to carry your umbrella otherwise you have to take it on rent. We used cart as well but I didn’t find it useful. You can easily cover the zoo by foot rather than the price you are paying for the cart. There are lot of kids friendly food options available inside. You can easily spend 3-4 hours inside.

Souvenirs shop need to upgrade shirts printing and other stuff to generate more income.
Would suggest a nice food truck at the parking lot for heavier food options—- for tired parents and cranky children

3 weeks agoThere’s really nth much here. Just a play pen with a couple of rabbits. It’s meant more for kids la. If u paid the entry to berjaya hills for Rm14 u can show them the receipt and get free entry. If they demand u to pay just leave. U don’t miss anything anyway.2 months agoThere isn’t much to see here. You can have close interaction with rabbits, but aside from that, there’s not much else. Free entrance if you are hotel guest.3 weeks agoThis ‘farm’ warrants no stars. The distressing lack of care for animals’ well-being, with insufficient shelters and rampant infections among the rabbits, is unacceptable. Save your money; opt for a more dignified establishment elsewhere for your family.5 months agoIf you want to see animals being treated badly, come to this place. To say it’s dirty is an understatement. The people who work there, and those managing this place has no pride, no dignity, and zero love for the animals. The hedgehogs are being kept in a tiny aquarium with barely any space to roam about. The ducks are eating from the bucket of dirty rice water. The birds are being kept in small cages caked with bird poop everywhere. The rabbits, which were only a handful, were place in a small pen carpeted with artificial grass. I hope there will be more butterflies, insects, etc (alive) next time, but overall place is pretty. The staffs are friendly and sporting.
Thr only time you should consider going here is when going down home.. coz going back upwards will take a while if you got somewhere else to go uphill.. The bee museum or whatever is not as good as the Bee museum in Melaka where they got free show of taking bees from their hive. The insect museum is good for children and kids to know some insects, Butterfly farm is not well maintained.. the water in the pond looks dirty and the place is too small for RM16 fee for each person. Not worth it. No wonder it’s not even in my Grab drivers list as a place to go in Genting
I don’t advice anyone to go there, my son accidentally damaged some ceramic bee sculpture and they threatened to call the police if i don’t pay 500 ringet, then they reduced it to half the price when i was angry so eventually they had me pay 250 ringet and they said it was fine to go now. The way they treated us was very bad and this is the last time i came to this place
Totally would recommend to visit in Genting! Super fun, you get to see the bees and lots of different butterflies. It was just beautiful but also note you will see a lot of dead ones on the floor. You can pay for entry at the entrance!
20RM/person. And nothing, the butterfly and insect are 80 % dead because a poor maintenance. The place is small, dirty, poorly maintenance. Not even worth 5RM. They just try to sell you honey here, thats the main purpose.
