Super friendly owner. Be sure to call and make an appointment first before coming down. Sometimes, if you’re lucky they can slot you in, if they’re not fully booked ?

If you happen to come earlier before your appointment timing, you can shop for clothings or shawls first in the shop!

Awful service. I went in with an appointment but could see place is full. No explanation of how long it would take, After 10 mins when I enquired, I was told it would be a further 20 mins wait. “Thats how it is”. I asked for the name of the person who took my appointment and I was told ” I dont know”. Needless to say I left. Complete waste of my time and afternoon

Besides having nice haircut, usually I will browse beautiful clothes & headscarves displayed in de saloon, & today I purchased a silky smooth pretty orange-grey SofeaRose headscarf, a beige dresscoat, few packs of black ‘Adidas’ masks & prayer mat, all at affordable prices. Alhamdulillah.

  1. First visit to Iffah Muslimah, went to a few others muslimah hair salon to cut, wash and blow services. I would highly recommend Iffah Muslimah for several reasons.
    – multiple outlets available islandwide
    – friendly service ( no hard sell )
    – price range is acceptable in comparison to any other salons pricing. ( and our aurat is still being taken care off )
    – membership is payable but for a lifetime
Till my next scalp service with Siti.

  2. Really good experience here especially as a Muslimah salon! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that kindly answered questions I had about my hair. Will go here again!

  3. Good service and (meh) cuts. Staff was friendly and double checked with me on the length of hair to be cut and the style. She recommended treatments but there were no pushing of services so i appreciated that. I asked for layers and it took a surprisingly short amount of time for my long thick hair mainly because she cut it bluntly and not point cut. I feel the staff has very few experience with layering and it shows. Upon closer inspection, it needs to be fixed by a better stylist. What a waste of my time and money. Also, it was strange that the blowdry became a 2-man job. Even if the stylists are nice people, i do not recommend anyone to come here unless they want the most simplest cut.

  4. It was my first time in the salon. Stylist was friendly with awesome service and great in recommending advising a proper treatment that is suitable for my scalp and hair. However honestly expecting better or more for the detoxifying treatment as i paid so much for it.

  5. My 2nd time at Iffah Tampines. Still happy with their services and products (love the CC cream!). I especially like having my hair treatment while Quranic verses are being played in the background instead of loud music! I know that is besides the point but just a note of appreciation.

I had my first Brazilian keratin treatment done. My hair is awesome like it has never been before. Will definitely come back for this treatment even though price is steep (but comparable to others).

Just an area for improvement. Maybe a clear definition of various hair length can be stated on the website. Like what constitutes short, medium, long and extra long? Short= ear length? Medium=not touching shoulder?
