The hairstylist is soft-spoken and everything she did is not hurting me at all. She suggests on my hairstyle even do the hair analysis for me. Bcs I’m so rushing, I just did wash & blow for RM30 and add RM10 for dandruff shampoo. Definitely will come again for scalp treatment. The saloon is so comfortable and definitely Muslimah friendly and they didn’t push the customers to get their shampoo or package. I’m so comfortable here.
I forgot to ask the hairstylist’s name, but her hair is greyish blue.
Just did my haircut and wash for Rm35 here..very cheap for muslimah saloon and seriously their service is very good. Nice environment and also the staff explained very well about my scalp condition and the treatment options without being pushy to convince me to grab it. Will definitely come here again!
Went to this place for a haircut and scalp treatment. The interior is nice and overall experience was pleasant. Lin was very friendly and shared helpful tips.
Been here second time. Good experience, the hairstylist are soft spoke and very polite. They did scan & explaining before start the session. Of course they offered a package but not so pushy this time around.
Only the parking is an issue, always crowded. Their toilets are not quite spacey, but clean. Overall – Satisfied ?? and will come again.
i’m really upset with the customer service. i have been a loyal customer for two years but not anymore!
Why? well mainly because the customer service is really bad.
i made the appointment with them but they told me my appointment did not go through because they did not contact back to me. the problem is they did not reply my texts for two days straight so how should i know?? so i asked the staff whether i can walk in? the staff said i couldn’t bcs they did not have enough staff atm. i understand that problem however, the way they talk to me was very rude and did not apologise for the inconvenience at all. bcs i was very upset, i told the staff that it’s better to tell me the slot is unavailable prior to the day of my appointment. the staff said its not their team that handle the bookings, but the marketing team. umm hello??? sounds like your business problem. clearly, the appointment system is screwed up. and that’s not how you reply to your customers. so rude. Nieza Salon, please train your staff to improve the customer service. Otherwise, you will lose more customers in the future. Since this event happened, i’m not recommending this salon at all!
