I do however think that the instructor is lovely and I’m sure she’s great with other styles like vinyasa or hatha! So wouldn’t mind going back for another, more active class with her.:)

I was a beginner joining this class. I didn’t know how I would fare, after not having experienced yoga for nearly 10yrs. Sansany welcomed me with open arms, & asked if I had done any yoga in the past. I explained that I was not very experienced. Then she put my mind at ease, & said she would watch my technique & help me correct it, as & when. As the session progressed, on a few occasions Sansany made sure my posture was correct (by coming around & adjusting my body), as well as helping me with any challenging parts to do with my balance. She instructed me when to use the pillow, foam bricks & straps, & I appreciated this very much. Overall, I really enjoyed the class with Sansany. She was very encouraging & gave me positive reinforcement throughout. I decided to come back the following morning for another session with her, & I found that I was less tight & was already improving. I hope to join more classes with her the next time I’m in Luang Prabang.

Discovering Grasshopper Cafe as we left Luang Prabang was a delightful surprise. The cafe’s beauty, evident in the pictures, was truly captivating. While it may not be considered budget-friendly for our order – two iced lattes with hazelnut, a dragon fruit smoothie bowl, and banana pancakes – totaling 156 LAK, it certainly wasn’t expensive. The experience was fantastic, and the food and drinks were all of high quality.

Nice studio. Good price. They offer many class during the day. Perfect timing in the morning. I can come early and still have enough time do others activities for the rest of the day ! I love that I can hear the tiny waterfall from the back while practice yoga ?‍♀️ It was relaxing and healing ❤️‍?

Beautiful cafe with delicious food and drinks (and local kombucha!). Staff is super nice. The yoga studio is marvelous. It’s totally worth it to do at least one lesson. They have the classes schedule for the week at the cafe and at the studios’ door. You can just show up and pay for one class.
