This 7-Eleven store located near the awana station @SkyAvenue, here we can get all daily needs, snacks, grab to go food and drinks, sim card, and any personal needs. But the price here a little bit expensive from KL, but still ok for the meals compared to other stores at SkyAvenue. The staff was helpful and very polite even they never smiling.
The staff for this outlet are not well trained to handle customer/tourist from all over the world. The cashier is not attentive, keep talking to other staff, not focus, can’t fully understand English or Bahasa. The walkway in the outlet is narrow, crammed with shelves and cooler boxes. Situation will get worse when there is a queue. Just don’t know where to stand. The low rating is justified, hence lower your expectation when patronising the outlet.
Very rude staff. This is a tourist place so, it’s either you learn your English and understand that if you advertised that you accept Visa (payWave), unless your machine is broken, you cannot force your customer to pay in cash. What a disgrace!
Be wary of dishonest cashiers and be aware of the price of the item you purchased and the cashier’s change.

Machines aren’t maintained. I ordered hot chocolate and there was no chocolate taste at all. It was just hot milk will lil leftover chocolate
