3 months agoIts a great place really. But in terms of services and the naming system? Its ridiculous. Might as well go to Selayang. We only allowed to put in our names, no phone number and we understand its our responsibility to be here on time. But maybe phone number option should be required. In my case, we stepped out for a moment to have a quick bite not even reaching 30 minutes and they cancelled out our names. You guys should change the naming system. Even selayang could do better in terms of lining experience.During our time here there is company and i think its really selfish even for the counter to give up lanes just because the company have some “late comer”. Now the lane are becoming less and less chance for the other people to play. And this is your staff?
2 weeks agoWent for a family day. A lot of fun, also had some arcade machines (Punching Machine). Refreshments was also available.a year agoYour typical bowling alley..but it needs to be cleaned better..the approach for the lanes were not smooth.. can’t slide properly.come during happy hour and you will get a bargain.3 months agoEven though the place always pack, but the environment great and price is affordable7 months agoBest place to spend with your families.

4 months agoOmg 1st of all , management pls go thru the review below this lady with eye lens seriously have attitude problems. From the beginning she so frustrated to answer my questions, you’re not suitable for this field okay. Seriously she as attitude issues. What so difficult to answer my simple question and her body language like want to fight.a month agoWe kept the pool token to play in future, but they changed the pool table and now the token become not valid. Yet they don’t allow us to exchange these old token, NOT FAIR to us! I will never come again, thank for the experience!2 weeks agoPOOR SERVICE!!!! i waited more than an hour just to find out they’re preparing for tournament. IF THERE ARE BOWLING TOURNAMENT PLS INFORM OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! DONT LET US WAIT. and the guy on the counter dont even bother to apologise??? a lot of people walked out with disappointment and u had the audacity to play ur phone while working? the worst service, i’ll never be back here ever again.3 months agoCalled to check on a Friday night if there’s any events the next day (Saturday). Male staff said they won’t know because HQ will arrange and they will only know on that day.Went there the next day to find so many people and all lanes booked from 10-12pm. There was a competition with hampers and photographers.
Seriously? What terrible HQ management won’t inform the outlet or what terrible manager doesn’t inform their entire staff even if they are or are not scheduled a shift the next day?
Previously went there 2 other times to play (only because this is the closest and only bowling place around my area) with different groups in this past 2 months. Both times, there’s a period of time when the lane was stuck and we had to inform at the counter and wait for the staff to fix the issue. Wasted time especially since they go by unlimited games per 30mins or 1 hour. The staff also immediately started the time as soon as we pay (before we got the rental shoes and bowling ball) meaning we had lesser time to play.
Definitely not recommended at all! Please don’t waste your time here. I’d rather travel further to go to other bowling alleys, won’t come back again
a year agoThe rate charge was RM50/hour (exclude shoe rental) during weekend, both of us mange to play 3+ rounds in one hour. The centre is packed during weekend however they manage to keep the environment clean. You need to bring your own stockings or else you have to buy from the counter.

This is the 3rd time we come here this year, yet 0% chance of success to play even a single game due to always fully booked for event. I even called the place a day before to ensure there’s availability for walk in regular customers and the staff said the place only booked until 2pm and will be available afterwards.
The worst part is we come at 2pm, they said we need to wait until 5pm because fully booked again. We want to book 1 lane first but the staff said we can’t book and only available for walk in @ 5pm. We waited until 5pm, then we were asked to wait more until 6pm ??? because there’s already people in booking list ??? that’s is not existence when I ask nicely to book 1 lane??? and ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WALK IN??? WHAT?!
The staff and manager-on-duty also rude and arrogant, we need to raise our voice in order to make them acknowledge our existence. The manager said they couldn’t help us even it’s their staffs fault for not letting us book the place at the first place.
Might as well renamed the place into “CORPORATE EVENT ONLY BOWLING PLACE”
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I also loved the ambience, perfect for a casual get-together with friends. The interior decor is trendy and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The price is reasonable even on weekends, RM11 per person per game. Can get rental shoes for RM3 per pair. Always have tournaments here, so need to come early or after the event.
Very good place for bowling with your friends and family members
We called to book the lane, but they say cannot book the lane in advance. They said we need to walk in. So we just walk in and got our lane. But when we want to add more games, they said other person already booked the lane. How come the other person manage to book the lane? Other than that, not bad. The lane is okay, the amenities okay. Parking also easy to find.
Worst service ever by alam lane’s staff. I tried a few times to play here, but never get the chance to play here. When everytime, i tried to call them, its always with the bad service. The management should do something abt this. Im done with alam lanes.
