Bad playing experience.

The bowling lanes constantly malfunctioned, and the support was poor and unresponsive. We had to wait around 10-15 minutes each time for the staff to address the issues, which significantly disrupted our game and wasted our time.

The staff were not only rude but also seemed untrained and indifferent to customer concerns, especially the one who stationed at counter. The overall lack of professionalism and care made the experience even more frustrating.

Also, so many bad reviews here, and the management just ignores them and pretends nothing's wrong? Buat tak tau je, hebat betul ni 😃👏🏼👏🏼

Many lanes available. Very Busy when school holiday & weekend. Need to wait bout 1 hour. Good & cheap place to bring along family. Got surau, toilet, karaoke & kids playground just outside the bowl. Karaoke vvip room just rm53/hour. Below rm100 for 3 hours.

We called to book the lane, but they say cannot book the lane in advance. They said we need to walk in. So we just walk in and got our lane. But when we want to add more games, they said other person already booked the lane. How come the other person manage to book the lane? Other than that, not bad. The lane is okay, the amenities okay. Parking also easy to find.
