Went there the next day to find so many people and all lanes booked from 10-12pm. There was a competition with hampers and photographers.
Seriously? What terrible HQ management won’t inform the outlet or what terrible manager doesn’t inform their entire staff even if they are or are not scheduled a shift the next day?
Previously went there 2 other times to play (only because this is the closest and only bowling place around my area) with different groups in this past 2 months. Both times, there’s a period of time when the lane was stuck and we had to inform at the counter and wait for the staff to fix the issue. Wasted time especially since they go by unlimited games per 30mins or 1 hour. The staff also immediately started the time as soon as we pay (before we got the rental shoes and bowling ball) meaning we had lesser time to play.
Definitely not recommended at all! Please don’t waste your time here. I’d rather travel further to go to other bowling alleys, won’t come back again
This is the 3rd time we come here this year, yet 0% chance of success to play even a single game due to always fully booked for event. I even called the place a day before to ensure there’s availability for walk in regular customers and the staff said the place only booked until 2pm and will be available afterwards.
The worst part is we come at 2pm, they said we need to wait until 5pm because fully booked again. We want to book 1 lane first but the staff said we can’t book and only available for walk in @ 5pm. We waited until 5pm, then we were asked to wait more until 6pm ??? because there’s already people in booking list ??? that’s is not existence when I ask nicely to book 1 lane??? and ONLY AVAILABLE FOR WALK IN??? WHAT?!
The staff and manager-on-duty also rude and arrogant, we need to raise our voice in order to make them acknowledge our existence. The manager said they couldn’t help us even it’s their staffs fault for not letting us book the place at the first place.
Might as well renamed the place into “CORPORATE EVENT ONLY BOWLING PLACE”
The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I also loved the ambience, perfect for a casual get-together with friends. The interior decor is trendy and modern, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The price is reasonable even on weekends, RM11 per person per game. Can get rental shoes for RM3 per pair. Always have tournaments here, so need to come early or after the event.
Very good place for bowling with your friends and family members
We called to book the lane, but they say cannot book the lane in advance. They said we need to walk in. So we just walk in and got our lane. But when we want to add more games, they said other person already booked the lane. How come the other person manage to book the lane? Other than that, not bad. The lane is okay, the amenities okay. Parking also easy to find.
Worst service ever by alam lane’s staff. I tried a few times to play here, but never get the chance to play here. When everytime, i tried to call them, its always with the bad service. The management should do something abt this. Im done with alam lanes.
