Staff very bad behavior. All counters staff available but just one counter work.
Verification too much even if have all documents.
For money transfer need just Passport but they want to know home address also.
Each and every time need provide all information again really waste of time. If already have Passport proceed lah why again and again. dont have record Kah?
Very good service and fast response from the staffs. Ques will be cleared in no time.

Worst service ever the staff are unfriendly and the service is so bad. Waited almost 3 hours to make a card and after 3 hours when they are about to close they asked us to come tomorrow
