  I would like to sincerely thank SSS Mohamed Idil for assisting my helper to lodge a report. Besides reading and understanding long texts from the mobile, he had also advised us useful information to take note of. If lodging a report can be draining, I cannot imagine the number of reports or citizens they have to attend to each day. Thank you once again.

  I moved to tampines near Tampines hub for 4 months and I have complaint several times to them of a neighbour who shouted every nights. They are not able to help but have requested me to complain to town council. Town council is even worst. They asked us to wait for an officer to call but after 2 months, no one call. The government agencies are services are bad.

  Impossibly overworked people who are consistently unable to ensure the noise management of a neighbourhood coffeeshop – drunks found nightly making an absolute nuisance of themselves. Did alcohol licensing work out? The policy did, but enforcement did NOT!

  You can call and wait for them, there will be no one that comes if you call to complain about the noise pollution and littering. Shame on you. I used to pride Singapore for the amazing time and job that the police force does. Buck up for heaven’s sake!

  Nobody should ever need to visit this place for wrong reasons. But this place changed my opinion of a police station. When I had to go for registering a lost report. One can sense, technologically upbeat infra and meet service friendly officers who deal with you cordially.

  Went to enquire about specific community oriented activities a bit late in the evening and, after a short wait, were politely attended to by one of the officers. Not only was the officer patient in answering our queries but he also followed up with a call with further clarifications even after we had left. Really happy with the attitude and attentiveness shown.

  Made a report. Waited for follow up but no call back or updates. Call again the next day to ask, officer claimed no report were recorded/made. Advised to physically come down make report or through online. Seriously SPF? Who should i put my trust in for my family’s safety???

  Policeman at Changi NPC was unwilling to take up the case just after hearing a few lines of the story and kept insisting that there was nothing the police could do because there was no crime involved.

  However, I later went to Choa Chu Kang NPC where the policeman listened intently to the entire story and took my statement. The policeman confirmed that there was crime involved, and the case is currently police investigation.

  Just a suggestion: Policemen should try to listen more and talk less before jumping into conclusions or making hasty judgements.

  Seems they really have nothing to do to help residents with any theft or scam cases. Reported more than twice with diff cases. What they can do is to record only. After that, nothing happens. No follow up, no result. The only good thing is their good service attitude…
