Staff was very rude. normally customer purchase need to provide the receipt that is basic SOP. But in this outlet customers need to ask their receipt.after i made the payment for my food i was waited in fron cashier and the cashier malay lady asked like this receipt ke very rudu and poor customer service. Hellooo i didn’t take those for free you asked like that okay. Please educate your staff before putting the cashier task. No respect at all like the 7eleven her own outlet. Its happened 11.18pm
