  Rates are not very good. In town i got KIP$9,000 for USD$1. Here they offer you $8,500, if you exchange more than USD$100 or $8,000, if you exchange less than USD$100. This is at 25/1/20

  Pakse riverside, Near Vip bus station. Crossing the border from Cambodia, I moved to Pakse, but I didn’t have Lao K. Vip bus to Vientiane departs at 20:30. I rushed to exchange money, but I was relieved that it was open. I haven’t confirmed the closing time, but it’s definitely worth a peek. Thanks to you, I’m waiting for the bus. I was able to eat at the restaurant in front of me. lol.
