I've been taking my dogs here for years and while the doctors are good, I'd say it has regressed since before. Good doctors that were working here have all left, receptionist are not as well versed with their own items/products. Services are very slow and even with an appointment, the wait time is always more than an hour. I do understand that sometimes some patients take longer time to be checked for whatever reason but at the same time, why have I made an appointment if I'm going to wait the same amount of time as the people who walk in? The ease of living so close by is why I come here because I cannot be driving my rottweiler an hour away just for a normal vaccination. So far I've not had any bad encounters with wrong diagnosis or ill treatment of pets so as far as the vets are concerned, I think they do a really good job. My one and only problem is that the service is really slow.
