Sent two kittens for check up on 12 November 2020, did some tests to both of them and FPV+. Mirza the tiny kitten is slowly dying, his sister died yesterday. Thanks doctors & staff.

Called around noon to ask if i could make an appointment for sunday, they asked me to wait and ended up calling me back way later, around evening. Asked me what’s wrong with my cat, when i told them her signs&symptoms they told me sunday would probably too long to wait, so i asked if there was a slot for friday, they straight up told me to look for another clinic instead and rejected my cat. Baik tutup je dah kalau taknak accept kucing sakit

    Very nice & caring vets. Friendly staff. No bad experience. Been going for past 2 years for my 2 cats. Price reasonable. Vaccine 1st dose 73, second dose 40 – at government vet also 40. Keep up the good work!

    Had a really disappointing experience today. This was my 2nd visit. My first visit was pleasant. Today, the doctor was not interested in listening and he has made up his mind that our dog had cancerous warts based on the photos of the warts taken by another doctor from our previous visit. All he wanted was to prove his theory right by getting us to agree for a biopsy which we refused as there was no real solution provided by him beyond that apart from amputation or radio-therapy. He did not even attend to the dog or attempt to dress the wart wound or comfort the dog and instead went on bragging about medical terms. He appeared brain-dead without a biopsy being done and had no interim treatment/solution. She is a happy dog now with a good appetite and playful. The only concern is the itch on the wound caused by the wart which tends to bleed if she licks it; therefore she is constantly with her protective collar on. She is not in pain though. We dont want to subject her to any further trauma and discomfort. So, no thanks, Doc.

    1. My new favourite veterinary clinic! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctor is sooo kind and loving towards my cats. Environment is super clean which is very important to me. Price is a little bit up there but I would pay anything for all the good qualities they provide. Highly recommended. 10/10 experience from a happy customer and happy cats.

    2. My 2 cats had their vaccine and neutered here. The clinic is very nice and clean. The clinic assistant is also very friendly and nice, they explain all the possible cost for neutering and spaying before you decide for an appointment. The doctors also very friendly, i’ve met 2 doctors there, they even give me free consultation on my cat condition even im there just for a vaccine visit.
      Recommended Vet!

    3. I first time bring my cat here for vaccination. The hospitality and services provided by the staffs and doctor were very good. The clinic was convinience amd clean. I am very happy and satisfied. Very recommended for every cat owner.

    5. Nice environment and reasonable price.
      I suggest please setting up on whatapp appointment or google reservation.
      Before I tried to called the office no. many time and always showed user busy.
      That will bring inconvenient to customer if just for office call appointment. Please do so, thank you.
