I felt confident in the people helping me. I was not pushed aside, or mocked as a few people have said. They did X-rays, and wrapped the area well; it reduced the pain I felt, and took less than 45 minutes. The Lao people, medical and civilians were friendly.
They kept me overnight, and in the morning an English speaking doctor came in. I felt reassured, and I left the hospital with a deep feeling of gratitude for them, the treatment of injury, and the Lao people I saw and met.
My feeling is this. The people I met at this hospital are as dedicated to using their skills to the best of their ability. And, their work is healing of people.
I knew I was in good hands, and I am very thankful to everyone there. A 10 in my books.
