Four yrs down the road, and, just last month (APRIL 2023), TRIT COMPUTER take in my repair job. Trit Computer service guys was able to assess and check fault on the spot,and quote their clients an (estimate) to replace connecting cable + Screen (pcb board) replacement- for mine case!

Most of the 5 star reviews are from employees working there. Call centre unresponsive, no one answers the phone, service quality is poor. Should focus more on their service quality instead of their endless promo time on TV, unskippable Youtube Ads & plastering their products everywhere. If people want to support your products, no need for all these.
Some service centre won’t even entertain your problems and also even if your product is under warranty, they will say it is expired without checking and charge you exorbitant prices for it.
Wife’s iphone 14 pro had a problem with the screen and its only a few months old. Went to QCD ITE and they initially did not have a replacement phone. Finally, we had to pay $10 to get an express service to repair the screen in 2 hours. Separately, I called Apple to see if they could provide replacement phone and support could not even pronounce “Orchard Road” properly. They could not help with my question either. What has Apple support become? Price of Apple products keep going up while the service and quality keeps going down. What have you done with Apple Tim Cook?
Worst service I had purchased an i10xs in the month of November2022, and there was restarting issue for that I had given the device for servicing at icare service centre in the month of june2022 they checked the device throughly and there was not even single scratch and everything was fine and expected the device and told that the device is under warranty it will sorted out within 5 days and send the device to apple repair centre later when I made several calls they send me a message that some foreign particle has entered inside the device and for that it is not covered under warranty, How can a particle enter inside the device without opening, for that they had given me a Singapore adress and contact them for further enquiry, this is problem after purchasing an apple product

Ordered an iPhone for my husband from the Apple website and iPhone helped auto fill the details. However while the billing address was complete, the sending address did not have the unit number for some reason. There were issues with delivery and we called up Apple to let them know. It was supposed to be delivered on 14 dec… it is now 19 dec and we still have yet to receive the phone. I am working overseas which is why I needed to buy the phone online so that I could surprise my husband with the phone as a Christmas present and they have turned this entire experience into an unpleasant situation. Seriously? Where is the customer service? How difficult is it for them to realize that the sending address is incomplete and the full billing address is right in their face on the invoice? The 2 addresses are right beside each other on the invoice!
