I’ve been calling for times and no one pick up the phone. I’m sure there’s few staffs working there. Answer phone calls for few minutes won’t make your customers run away if they are planning to buy your products.3 months agoStaff or manager is not friendly, not recommended.2 years agoVery bad experience. One of chinese staff there very rude. You don’t need to raise voice when try to explain something. Scolding customer in public, so arrogant. Berlagak macamlah CEO apple. Thoroughly impressed with the service when we were here, especially from a staff named Nadya. Parents both bought phones and even though there were lots of back-and-forth questions, data transfers, split bills for taxation and discounts, and the like, she was extremely patient with us and went the extra mile to clarify things. The staff overall were attentive and pleasant with queries, and my personal favourite thing about Machines is how effortless their trade-ins are. Would definitely recommend 🙂
Good service. Was attended by a staff named Izzal. Managed to answer all my questions regarding the product. Decided on an ipad mini tht best serve my need. He also has explained very well regarding all the warranty and services offered. Overall satisfied!
