Unable to resolve the issues, they neglected to seek assistance from an Apple senior advisor and easily gave up without further attempts based solely on their own abilities.
Staff were lacked of empathy and problem-solving curiosity. Apple should address this and enhance staff training.
Luckily, the issue was resolved with efficient support from Apple’s online assistance, showcasing excellent service even without face-to-face interaction.
