JakaImmediately made another booking with Apple Store and they did the battery replacement on the day itself and took only 2hrs.
So just go to the actual store guys.. they are more efficient and friendly there.

Kinda impressed with the outstanding customer service despite the reviews. The people that served me were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. Katriel and Ruzailah made the process seamless. Kudos to their exceptional approach to customer service (eye contact, greeting). My iPhone repair was serviced within 4 hours (screen replacement) under apple warranty.

2 months agoRetail at level 1 whereby there’s displays of the newest model such as: iPhone/ iMac/ macbook/ home pods/ Apple Watch available for almost every table. Crowded as expected for new releases of the products. The scenery is good and greenery everywhere. Level 2 will have some pop up events and invited hosts for sharing. Engagement sessions such as basic concepts of coding for young kids. Staff are aware about the product details. Was looking to get worldwide adapter, thought it is available for the iPhone. After clarification with the staff, it’s only for macbook.3 weeks agoWas at Apple Orchard because of an Apple Pencil tip bitten by a shiba. The crowd is unbelievable. Yet service by Apple is excellent despite me, an Apple first Gen user, being anti Apple products all these years. Must also salute the easy replacement of the Apple Pencil tip which definitely is more mother Earth friendly and wallet friendly too! Despite the crowd, the Apple staff were very professional, friendly and provided excellent service. I encountered two super cute dogs there and took photo with them ?. Everything you need, including third party accessories are here. Staff are plenty and are always keen to help you out. The team’s customer service was exceptional — they were fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They addressed my Apple device issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the assistance I received. Kudos to the team for providing such outstanding service

Friendly staff answered when i called to enquire. Shop was designed in the minimalist theme following Apple branding. Went to check out the new MacBook Air 15.

I thought the shop open at 1030am daily? Since here at 1030am but the shop seems like remains close. And the staff only arrived at 1035. But gate still closed
the lady working today around 12pm+ has mucus leaking out of her nose, not cleaning or wiping it with a tissue whatsoever. advise you to stay home if you’re like that. mucus leaking till the mouth from both nostrils, use hand to wipe then touch the phones after that??? don’t you think it’s disgusting?
