Apple Marina Bay Sands is a magnificent store located at one of Singapore’s most iconic landmarks. It offers a unique shopping experience with 360-degree panoramic views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but I deducted one star because Apple’s environmental claims are hypocritical. They claim to be environmentally friendly, but they do not offer repairs for iPads and Apple Watches, even for minor issues. This is contrary to their public image.
The Apple store in Marina Bay Sands is the truly building architectural masterpiece. The store has two parts – one in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, one floating like an island, and they are linked together by a tunnel under water.
The iconic part has uninterrupted 360-degree panoramic views of the whole Marina Bay Sands area. They also have music from the store, you can sit outside, enjoy the view and chill with the melody.
I’ve purchased from this Apple Store countless times. Every single time has been a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast and efficient customer service, pleasant atmosphere, and a great location!
Will definitely be visiting again in the future!
One of Iconic building in Marina Bay Sands. Entrance is through B2 level at the mall. Really admire the architecture of the building which is very unique but some how classy and modern.
