When we approach a pharmacist for guidance, our expectation is to receive their expert opinion and advice on selecting a medication that genuinely proves effective in alleviating symptoms such as flu, fever, and cough.
These repeated occurrences have left me feeling puzzled. Despite prescribing the necessary medication, the pharmacist still encouraged me to buy supplementary supplements, increasing the total bill. This experience has led me to realize that some pharmacists seem to prioritize sales over the essential aspects of listening, comprehending, and providing thoughtful recommendations that address the concerns of customers and patients.
