Despite prescribing the necessary medication, the pharmacist still encouraged me to buy supplementary supplements, increasing the total bill. This experience has led me to realize that some pharmacists seem to prioritize sales over the essential aspects of listening, comprehending, and providing thoughtful recommendations that address the concerns of customers and patients.
