I been your loyal customer since your opening until now as it’s been a friendly neighborhood pharmacy since you guys opened till now. But recently my encounter experience was truly a disappointment. I drop by to purchase a battery and your sales girl was truly unprofessional. The batteries are place at a hidden place and your store has so many product range and such limited space for customer to walk around , well I think customer service assistant is needed to assist customer locating the item . This Chinese lady with short hair always at the counter somehow did not even lead the way but also responded in a sacarsm way.
Previously I also dealt with her before by asking about the baby fever patches, as a sales consultant shouldn’t be aware on the basic product knowledge? Don’t need to mention the obvious product information on the packaging which I can read it, I just need to ensure the product is safe for my baby use. She is not familiar at all and claimed that it could caused harm to my infant baby. I was truly shocked with her statement and when I asked her again- you sure? And she hesitated and just reply in not a confident way and use an excuse she need to go back to her position assisting in the cashier.

I recently visited and was extremely impressed with their service. One of the staff, Syazwina was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best care possible. She was particularly helpful and provided me with some great advice on some medication that I enquired in terms of costs, dosage, etc.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The staff were professional, caring, and made me feel valued. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of great service and knowledgeable staff.

Very very very very very very very upset and disappointed about the service ! I bought a knee gourd Ebene on 20Dec 2024 !
Before I paid , no one ask me to measure my leg ! After that , I felt the knee gourd are not fit to my leg ! It’s very tight and uncomfortable !
Been called to shop thousand times for asking , but the phone no one pick up !
I know the product can’t change without the boxes.
But at least , please let customer know about theirs size before payment !
