I been your loyal customer since your opening until now as it’s been a friendly neighborhood pharmacy since you guys opened till now. But recently my encounter experience was truly a disappointment. I drop by to purchase a battery and your sales girl was truly unprofessional. The batteries are place at a hidden place and your store has so many product range and such limited space for customer to walk around , well I think customer service assistant is needed to assist customer locating the item . This Chinese lady with short hair always at the counter somehow did not even lead the way but also responded in a sacarsm way.

3 months agoMy experience at BIG Pharmacy in Taman Danau Desa was satisfactory. Beyond prescription medications, the store boasts a diverse array of health-oriented products, ranging from vitamins and supplements to creams, oils, and first aid kits. While the overall impression is decent, the store could enhance its ambiance for a more inviting feel. Nonetheless, it stands as a reliable stop for health and wellness essentials, offering a comprehensive selection to cater to diverse needs.5 months agoI’ve been customer very long time. Previously good service. Past 2 years, customer service going down the drain. As per others’ comment, that Chinese thin-faced pharmacist or pseudo-pharmacist, knowledge not good, 3 times I been there try to sell me expensive product… no need hard sell la… if customer want to buy they will buy, we are more sophisticated compared to grandpa era, don’t act like 10 sen hamchoy business la. NO patience also, ask about product price and comparison, take so long to answer and show impatient, rude attitude to customer. The thin Malay girl with specs and that tall malay boy with specs…also same, try to push product and when customer dont want buy, they show BLACK face. So low -class one and contrary to the principles of how to serve customer. PLs buck up, we are not low-class jungle country anymore. Mgmt I hope you are reading feedback and make necessary improvements.Mb you sld fly to other countries with better manners and observe how they do not HARD SELL and still make $$$. I recently visited and was extremely impressed with their service. One of the staff, Syazwina was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best care possible. She was particularly helpful and provided me with some great advice on some medication that I enquired in terms of costs, dosage, etc.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied. The staff were professional, caring, and made me feel valued. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of great service and knowledgeable staff.
Fast and responsive staff~ always cheap and complete products store~ nice
Always buy medical oil, wet tissue, protein powder here. Stay opposite only

Very very very very very very very upset and disappointed about the service ! I bought a knee gourd Ebene on 20Dec 2024 !
Before I paid , no one ask me to measure my leg ! After that , I felt the knee gourd are not fit to my leg ! It’s very tight and uncomfortable !
Been called to shop thousand times for asking , but the phone no one pick up !
I know the product can’t change without the boxes.
But at least , please let customer know about theirs size before payment !
