Nice bowling alley. Just the house balls could be updated. The finger holes are a little too tight and I don’t even have big fingers. It can get very crowded over the weekends and public holiday. Shoe and socks rental available. The lanes were nicely oiled even though I know nothing about oiling the lanes. Bathrooms were clean. Staff were friendly.

Booked for a private event. Very lively. Unfortunately, the counter selling food and drinks close early. There is a little mini mart right opposite the bowling alley.

Went on 23/07/2023 but it was closed to the public for private event. Didn’t even update on the website or facebook in the end customers who visited will be wasting their time instead. Should provide more updates in the future to prevent dissapointing customers.

  1. Bunch of useless staff who ignore the peak hour of customer. Keep doing their own things and disregard customer. Useless and bad attitude. The fat guy is the most rude. Please take action Management of Wangsa Bowl.

  2. We ordered 3 waffle but cannot finish so we requested a plastic bag, the staff answered they do not have any plastic bag. So the second time we asked for another paper bag to put leftover waffle, and this MALAY GUY AND MALAY GIRL answered us with “ONE WAFFLE WE ONLY PROVIDE ONE PAPER BAG, WE DO NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL PAPER BAG TO PROVIDE AND WE RUN OF STOCK”! The attitude is is is SUPER SUPER SUPER RUDE AND NO MANNERS AT ALL. This is how you serve and answered your customer? You grow until this age but you don’t know what is manners? Go back to kinder garden and learn what is manners and learn how to service customer.

  3. “I haven’t experienced good service. Almost every time I go, there’s a shortage of pool tables. The prices are high—five coins for RM 5 which is twice as expensive as buying from machines. They even refuse to let you use the coins bought from machines and may even ask you to leave. This has made me very angry. They might pressure you into buying coins from them, which feels very unfair. If this company doesn’t allow others to use coins similar to theirs but cheaper, I suggest they create a new coin. Also, consider upgrading the equipment in the pool hall, such as buying new balls. Treat customers with courtesy; remember, we come to spend and enjoy ourselves, not to endure your temper. Especially the Malay girl she is not respect people she just scold me and my friends….. if you are not friendly please don’t do this work is not suitable for you????

  4. Everything is good. The lane is okay, the house ball is good, the house shoe is lovely, the music is nice, the toilet is clean. I like how the waiting list is managed. But, the aircond is very very terrible. The bowling alley is insanely hot! You will sweat like crazy even for 1 game. Going for 3-4 games will be freaking sweaty like a running session. Imagine bowling with sweaty hands. Ruining the session.

For the management, can you please at least read the complaints & do something about it! Yes the counter area the corridor area might be cool, but the lane area is hot.
