This is the first time I visit OTW since 2020 MCO, came here for “Tong Shui” but noticed that they don’t have the “Tong Shui” they used to have in the current menu, so I go for the Cendol Gula Melaka. I like it’s creamy-ish, but not so significant Gula Melaka fragrance. The amount of the green cendol is very little and too thin, the red bean they used are pasty-liked. Overall, it is edible, but got lots of room to improve.

The shop feels really empty. Staffs were talking louder then customers. Customer service is poor. No one standby at the counter. Entrance is difficult to find. Don’t feel a great atmosphere to dine in. Food quality dropped so much. Cendol tasted watery. Popcorn chicken tasted salty and I can fried it at home. Shop is clean.

No values ! Toast quality is bad and foods is over priced. Try Oriental Kopi ! No service. I had coffee, toast and this rubbish dim sum. I am at oriental kopi the quality is much better, cleaner, cheaper but is a very long queue
