  Bad customer service! Google shows that they open at 2pm, we went down from East Side to Yishun but couldn’t find the shop! Called the number provided and a Chinese lady said nobody’s there and I have to wait for another 10mins for someone to open the door. It turns out, the shop shown in Google map images are totally false. There is no shop, just a warehouse space for them to keep their stocks. Also, the Chinese man who helped the lady to open the door to bring the sample stroller out, he doesn’t quite sure how to operate the stroller. Luckily, he’s very helpful in explaining the stroller’s functions as much as he can. And we had to communicate with the lady boss via phone call, which is super not helping. When I told her that we have to take time to consider, she immediately changed of tone and said “ok bye” in a rude manner. Even if I would like to buy the stroller, I will not get it from here.

  So many new born baby items. Best choices for baby gift. This on line store focus on how useful the item & quality with affordable price .   I bought a tricycle and kids cabinet from their website but self collect in their warehouse house located in north point bizhub . They have lots of baby products to choose which are ready stock. My son Very happy with tricycle.

  Purchase some baby items online , but delivery takes 3 days hence I called their hotline and made an appointment to head down to their warehouse @ northpoint bizhub to collect . Best experience ever ! Grace patiently teaches me how to use my stroller . In the near future will purchase items from babygogo again ! Hassle free ! 🙂

  Bad service. Called up to enquire about their strollers and they asked us to go to their warehouse at A’POSH biz hub, when we reached, we called them and they said there is no one there and to wait for 10mins for their staff to come. We waited 40mins and no one came. We called twice and they kept saying someone is on the way. We left eventually. This is totally unacceptable.
