went to here ytd, paid for around 8 hours from midnight until 8am, the staff keep close the air conditioner and made the environment quite hot. I told the staff for 3 times to switch on the air conditioner as l’m sweating. and he is just switch on for half hour and closed it after that. and when l ask him to do so, he was like ignoring me. and then l asked him what is the problem, and he is still ignored me. if you don’t want do the business just told me okay, l can go to the cc next row, if you got any problem at least you can tell me and ask me to switch to another pc but not ignoring your customer . l’m your customer not your brother lmao, summore l talk with you nicely. facepalm
No good service. The workers are lazy. We are costumer, we need air-conditioning. Worst costumer service.

the boss is not friendly, the way he talks is rude, very stingy boss, making the cafe so hot due to air-cond restriction. The boss also restrict customer from turning on the computer by themselves.
Also, he restrict how the customer should or shouldn’t use the toilet for. The cafe is peaceful and quite most of the time because most customers are at the other cyber cafe, the staff have no motivation to work because the business is poor. Hardware are well maintained because business is low. Price is not competitive to the competitor.
I hate the way this cc manage their customer. Mostly won’t even care at all. Don’t even talk about the AC lol. Sometimes they let it on and sometimes they let it off (*saving power I guess?). Overall, I’m not enjoying playing games nor watching content on the Internet here. I may or may not come back here to see if anything has changed.
