a year agoDr Francis very professional and give me good result. I have been their patient since 2016, my skin freckle, pigmentation and dark spot have been clear. Their staff is very friendly and arrive is good. East to book appointments. Their skin care product is affordable, will highly recommend! A lot of friend commented on my good skin. They have constantly update their machine and facial treatment using Mlab product , no hard selling.a week agoThis is my first visit to Dr Francis after the covid. I still find him very attentive to my skin problems n dedicated to the whole process of treatment. He always recommend the right treatment according to your skin problems. He will go beyond to treat the problematic areas during the procedure without additional cost. I strongly recommend Dr Francis for aesthetic treatment. Francesin the last weekDr Francis has treated my pigmentation and age spots for about 4 mths and I see amazing results. I trust this doc who handled my concerns and ugly signs on my face. Today I am happier and I recommend anyone if you who needs treatment to see Dr Francis Tetra 4 in 1 skin program laser treatment3 weeks agoI have very severe pitted acne scars and indentation wrinkle on my forehead. Was referred to Dr Francis by a friend and this was the best decision I’ve made. Very Good Doctors since Dr Chiong when I was young. In the clinic, there were good understanding staffs but agree with others that there is one receptionist at the counter is really poor in service. Still rate as 5 stars for doctors and others receptionist who able to meet the service standards.
I have been dealing w the flu bug for almost a month. I have consulted 6 different doctors at different GP clinics, yet my dry cough and flu still persists. Was recommended to visit Family Care by my dad’s friend and was really glad!
I was consulted and treated by Dr Lee Mei Sung. She was very patient and thorough with me. She kindly explained my diagnosis and checked my lungs. The medication she prescribed was like magic! My symptoms were gone within 3 days! Went back today for a follow up and replenish my medications.
The staff were very busy but they were attentive as well. Will definitely recommend my friends and family!
Doctor Louis Ng is very professional in diagnosis and explain condition in layman’s term for easy understanding. You will feel that you are in good hand after seeing him as if everything in control. The charges is very reasonable as well. Minus 1 star for the nurse/staff for lack of knowledge and did not make sure to give the right instruction. I was told by doctor to take medication for 5 days, if not well go back again, if clear then all good but nurse told to finish all the medication which is good for 15 days. My advice is listen carefully to doctor instruction, double check or clarify if nurse instruction is different.
Visited there a few days ago. Made an appointment through phone since I’ve heard the clinic is quite popular and could have long queue. Needed to wait around 20 min from an appointment timing. Quite reasonable. There are two resident doctors inside. The doctor I have consulted is quite patient and efficient. After doctor consultation, needed to wait about 15 min for prescriptions and payment. Can pay by cash or QR code.
The best family doctor. My family has been with Dr Cheung for over 25 years!! He is known as my family doctor and everyone goes there. He diagnosed me better than the doctors at National Skin Centre! I had to go for so many treatments at NSC and not one doctor knew what was happening to me. I went to Dr Cheung and he called out my ailment immediately. Just super impressive. I also see the same staff over the years which speaks volume about the management and team. Yes they may be packed but it’s worth the wait. Just call before you come! Thank you Dr Cheung & team! I will miss you guys when I move to the East side ❤️
