I’m still under treatment but I’ve gone under a total of 4 Tetra 4-in-1 lasers for my acne scars and 3 sessions of BB Rejuran Scar treatment of 2cc so far. A plus that Doctor also throws in subscion for me at the same time when doing BB Rejuran Scar. I have to say the improvement are at least 70% better. Every single session the “holes” in my acne scars are visibly lesser. The price I paid here was so worth it. It goes to say that having the right physician select the correct treatment for you and how they administer the treatment is super important. No wonder Dr FRANCIS and this clinic is bustling with patients even during Covid times, the results does speak for itself. Even thought the clinic is very busy, I never had to wait extended periods as they schedule the appointments very well to accommodate people at their booked time slot.
The awesome referral program also makes it a plus to introduce more of my friends and family over. Thank you so much Dr Francis for the great job ?
Very Good Doctors since Dr Chiong when I was young. In the clinic, there were good understanding staffs but agree with others that there is one receptionist at the counter is really poor in service. Still rate as 5 stars for doctors and others receptionist who able to meet the service standards.
I have been dealing w the flu bug for almost a month. I have consulted 6 different doctors at different GP clinics, yet my dry cough and flu still persists. Was recommended to visit Family Care by my dad’s friend and was really glad!
I was consulted and treated by Dr Lee Mei Sung. She was very patient and thorough with me. She kindly explained my diagnosis and checked my lungs. The medication she prescribed was like magic! My symptoms were gone within 3 days! Went back today for a follow up and replenish my medications.
The staff were very busy but they were attentive as well. Will definitely recommend my friends and family!
Doctor Louis Ng is very professional in diagnosis and explain condition in layman’s term for easy understanding. You will feel that you are in good hand after seeing him as if everything in control. The charges is very reasonable as well. Minus 1 star for the nurse/staff for lack of knowledge and did not make sure to give the right instruction. I was told by doctor to take medication for 5 days, if not well go back again, if clear then all good but nurse told to finish all the medication which is good for 15 days. My advice is listen carefully to doctor instruction, double check or clarify if nurse instruction is different.
Visited there a few days ago. Made an appointment through phone since I’ve heard the clinic is quite popular and could have long queue. Needed to wait around 20 min from an appointment timing. Quite reasonable. There are two resident doctors inside. The doctor I have consulted is quite patient and efficient. After doctor consultation, needed to wait about 15 min for prescriptions and payment. Can pay by cash or QR code.
The best family doctor. My family has been with Dr Cheung for over 25 years!! He is known as my family doctor and everyone goes there. He diagnosed me better than the doctors at National Skin Centre! I had to go for so many treatments at NSC and not one doctor knew what was happening to me. I went to Dr Cheung and he called out my ailment immediately. Just super impressive. I also see the same staff over the years which speaks volume about the management and team. Yes they may be packed but it’s worth the wait. Just call before you come! Thank you Dr Cheung & team! I will miss you guys when I move to the East side ❤️
