VERY RUDE INDIAN STAFF !!
TAKE AN ACTION ON HER ..
Today around 5.10pm i was brought my friend to first world wellcare clinic genting to check up his hand . once we entered the clinic we were went the the counter and waited there for few minutes to make a appointment to check up .At the counter we saw a indian girl sat while lean to the wall like her home. and she was very busy with used her phone . The indian girl is very rude. the way she asked for the passport was very wrong. The indian girl really dont know how to treat a patient . she is very rude. She treated my friend like dog . i just sat infront of the counter and keep watched thats what going on. Then we were waited for get the medicine from the counter at there. The indian girl really dont know how to give respect to others and also she dont know how to treat a patient . She didn’t call my friend name also for get his medicine. The indian girl raised her voice and told my friend to get the medicine at counter in melay ‘ Ambik ubat’. thats it she said. i felt very bad with her ugly attitude. please take an action on her. you can check the cctv also .

6 months agoGenting is good but the staff there is so rude, telling us to wait for 1 hours to settle the documents we already follow but then after 1 hours asking them then they said wait again, whosever take the staff to work at genting clinic do ur ever asking them if they got qualify to work there? Don’t be like uneducated staff. Do ur think we don’t have anything to do just need to wait for the documents to settle. I don’t even want to rate 1 star for this rude registration staff and also the staff that giving the medicine,ur think this is ur clinic. The doctor is good, pity the doctor having them as a staff there.a year agoDespite the low rating from others in the clinic, I personally had a great experience in recent visit to the clinic which my kid was ill and Dr Hazlan attended to us dedicatedly and caring. Thank you Dr Hazlan. My kid took the medicine and able back in his feet like big monster ?. The clinic interior true a little old and must need a good make over.10 months agoDoctors are well trained and professional. However the receptionists, and nurses are as if they have been trained personally without any professional training. Very rude, treating patients as if they’re lazy to work, then why work in the first place? Overall amazing treatment but worst service.4 years agoDoctor on duty is super helpful and actually got us in much earlier than the rest to ensure my baby is alright. Dont worry if you’re sick during your genting holiday. There are many clinics in genting!7 months agoWhy all the staff at front desk so rude ya???treat patient like we are beggar or some kind of bugs like that…no manners,shouting at patient,lazy and very slow doing job…im not being racist la,but all Malay lady staff there very2 rude!!!!!!jeling2 and marah2 all the time…hello???I pernah kerja klinik,tapi tak rude macam dorang!!!!please la teach all your staff to be warm and polite…be professional

Knowledgeable, good and friendly doctor and nurses. Dr.Peshna was really nice to me. Thank you for the service. But tips before come is call them first bcoz doctor was quite busy. Thank you.
It was at 9.30pm and doctor went off earlier due to emergency. We were on holiday and my son was coughing non stop, we were desperately looking for nebulisers and medicines. Thanks to the nurse who worked the extra miles to call the doctor and gave us the nebulisers and medicine. My son is feeling much better after that. Thank you !

On 17/8/2023..i forgot to ask the doctor’s name and the staff..i went there for holiday basically.. suddenly my daughter had asthma attack..so i went the nearest clinic in genting..i really recommend this clinic..staff and doctor’s very efficient..i dah ganggu masa lunch mereka..im so sorry..?but they still attend my daughter with good service..and the doctor’s gave me the good explanation,staff also treat my daughter very very gentle..even my daughter cranky..tq to them..god bless u all..tq
few days ago my husband went here due to breathing difficulties, ask for two days mc, that day to rest since its almost night time and for tomorrow day to go to hospital, soon dr gave him refer letter to hospital and only 1Day mc, ask him to go hospital right away, i was furious bc my husband cant drive all the way to KL the day he sick, and waited for me to back from work, i ask my husband to ask for mc at hospital instead, since the clinic is so kedekut with mc. then at hospital he was diagnosed with severe lung problem and had to wait days until discharge to give docs to his company, susah sangat nak bagi mc klinik ni
