  1. The worst skin demonology experience. The first thing that I unsatisfied is about the appointment. I call for make appointment more than a week before. The appointment date and time I cannot choose, they give me the time and date.

My appointment time is 12.30pm. I reach before 12pm. The admin will ask your details such as what is your occupation, how you know them and a lot more question. The admin told me I should wait for 7 people. I sit in the waiting area, see a monitor write 2-3 person name for every half an hour. When I see the monitor with a list of name, I feel like go government department and expect to waste half day.

I wait until 2pm + to reach me. 2 hour waiting until I feel boring and sleeping. I don’t understand make an appointment for what purpose? I feel that they do not respect me even make the appointment still want to wait a long time. I cannot accept waiting for more than 2 hours even make an appointment more than a week before.

Doctor Agnes Heng is acted like professional, use few tool look on my skin. But she talks very pride, stops let you ask the question. You just can listen to what she said. After she talks, then you should go out and pay. She gives some medicine to use externally. She doesn’t know what is my skin problem. She says if my skin does not recover within a month, she want to cut a part of my skin to the lab to test and check let me feel scared. Then she can know what my skin problem is. I don’t think she is professional because she cannot answer my question regarding my skin.

She looks like never see skin sensitive. I am just a little bit skin sensitive, but she treats me like a super serious skin disease. She talks like my skin super serious, makes me feel shocked and scared. She gives me cleanser and moisturizer. She asks me which brand for my skincare, I see many patients also give similar cleanser and moisturizer. I think if your answer is not the brand (physiogel, vanicream, eucerin) that she wants to give you, then she will give you cleanser and moisturizer.

She gives me a cream for neck, a medicine for the face. One part one medicine, do you think she is really professional? Every medicine or product will charge on you. For me, this is waste money that I no need. I feel like direct selling that want to sell me skincare product. I don’t like her skincare product because I feel it cannot clean my face. The cream she gives not useful, cannot solve my skin sensitive problem.

I am waiting 2 hours there, I see some patient pay bill and go. The bill is RM250 until RM500 per patient. Before I go they make the next appointment date for follow up, she wants you to come again and pay. I don’t think she is a good doctor, but she is a good businesswoman. One admin, one person give medicine. She got a good team helped her to earn a lot of money.

  2. I agree with loh Vivian. She is indeed a businesswoman. She really knows how to make money by incorporating her professional knowledge. All her product must be bought in whole. She will never prescribe and separate into small bottles as what other clinics did. You can imagine if the product doesn’t suit you, it’s not only a waste but she will prescribe other cream for you and to her she will make more money! To some extent, she might be good and can treat your problem. But at some extent, you can imagine she did actually prescribed 3 months antibiotics at one shot to patient. Unfortunately, I didn’t know the side effects of antibiotics until it ruins my health after the whole course. And she never advise on the subsequence actions to be taken for such long term antibiotics. In the end, I spent so much and up to years to get back my health. Please don’t blindly believe on only one doctor. Try to be rational and judgmental and seek more professionals for better advise.

  3. Highly professional and a dermatologist of her calibre. Dr Agnes was articulate in her medical consultation and was very patient in answering all my queries. She even explained some of the medical terms eloquently in lay man’s terms. The nurses and working staffs are very friendly as well.

The reason why this is only a 3 star review is due to the painstakingly prolonged waiting hours. I was fine waiting 2 weeks for my appointment but I was really shocked that I had to wait 2 hours even though on the day of the appointment! Talk about Malaysian timing! I just hope that the waiting system can be improved as we have other commitment as well.

  4. Dr Agnes may be a good doctor, but appointments at the clinic are terrible.
The customer service attitude at the front desk is very bad, you are just a janitor auntie , not a senior person.About the appointment is really bad, I also know that there is only one doctor in the clinic, so the appointment time arranged is really for person headache.I made an appointment at 11.30am until 2.30pm and it wasn’t my turn yet. I’ve been here 6-7 times now,
My skin disease is not getting better and each time the patient has to wait 3-4 hours to see the doctor.I’m really tired of waiting like this.

  5. First time visit, Dr Agnes and her teams are all so friendly and responsible, they were keeping me updated with how many patients left so I don’t miss my appointment! Dr Agnes was giving me honest opinions and suggested me to not go for any treatments as it is not needed, not like the other doctors who would simply suggest you to take expensive treatment. Really recommend to anyone looking for professional dermatologist!!
