The doctor is super friendly, though it might take a while cause she has quite a lot of patients and the staffs are nice too! It works on a first come first serve basis so no appointment is needed.

Today morning first time call Dr Khaw clinic, front desk indian staff answering my phone call “you want to come, come before 11.30am, if you want to come after 11.30am, no need for you to come. our clinic serv…… ” is very rude to answering call. i am sure Dr Khaw is good Dr but staff service customer hv to improve.

go for hairloss problem ,doctor juz simply use hand fiddle my hair and said its is natural problem, dint do any test or something then juz give some medicine and wait for 1 month to review

The lady doctor and her staff are very friendly. Be prepared to wait for some time as there are usually many patients.
They charged very expensive and only give u a small portion of the medication. They squeezed out a little bit and put it on a small container and charged super expensive price. When ask what is the medication name, they refused to disclose the medication name and ask you only to get from them so they can keep earning your money.
The price they charged is the same as you visiting the well known dermatologist in hospital.
Doctor friendly, approachable, and shows concerns and care. Charges is expected to be higher than normal doctor because this is a specialist, so its acceptable.

the medical expenses charged too high, and not shown any good effect . I went to see the dermatologist n the price lower than them but I can see the good effect.
If you have skin problems, I suggest you go to a skin specialist and not come here! This is the first time in my life that I met a “doctor” who looks down on people and has no manners at all

First time go to the clinic, the fees can shock you almost faint, very very expensive. Is RM1000 for twice go there. Third time go there, they charged you even more expensive although the medicine given is same. Crazy! Shame on you. Won’t go again, not recommended.
