  Have been going to this clinic for almost 10 years. Had quite few treatments over the years and am very happy with the results. The doctor is good at explaining the options and procedures available. Very professional. Good customer service.

  I’ve decided to have fillers done by Dr Teh after hearing many wonderful things about her as an experienced injector. I was looking to treat volume loss and sagging skin. In the past, I’ve had fillers before but Dr. Teh achieved the best, most natural-looking results and used less syringes of fillers than I’ve had in the past, making the treatment a great value for money. Hightly recommended.

  Dr Teh is very thorough in explaining in details about the face treatment. She is also experienced and certified doctor unlike those in facial centres. The staff is also very friendly. There’s even reserved parking lot for the patient. Therefore, parking is not an issue. The clinic is very clean.

  This clinic has a good reputation for curing patients’ skin problems. Hence, it is FULL every day. Best to try to book an appointment way ahead and be on time. Of course, like any other specialist clinics or centres that have THE BEST specialists “waiting” is considered normal. I have been a patient of Dr Priya for many years before she decided to join this clinic. I hesitated having to drive from Klang and knew parking in SS15 was a major problem. Dr Priya is the best. She is sincere, professional and treats patients with her warm heart. I would not trust anyone else with my skin. So, I would park my car nearby and Grab to the clinic and have been doing so for a few months now. From my observations, Clinic is overcrowded bcoz (1) one patient can have 2 or 3 people accompanying them and all of them want to be in the waiting area. (2) too many walk in patients On my 1st visit, I had learnt the SOP of the clinic. Registration for patients with appointments, Consult/treatment by doctor, wait for medication, settle the bill and done ! Always the same, no problems. Nurses try very hard to attend to patients asap. From the registration counter to the treatment room, all nurses are super nice, helpful and super patient. Of course, there are still improvements that have to be made but in my honest opinion, patients also need to co-operate like booking an appointment and whatsapp in advance a few days ahead that they would like to buy and collect their medication. To the doctors and nurses, keep up your good work and love your smiles !

  I would like to share our experience in this Clinic, our first visit we had long waits even with appointments, after the feedback, they have a great improvements in managing the queue system. Special thanks to Dr. Priya for her warm hospitality in ensuring things are well taken care of. Treatment wise , I will rate 5 out of 5. Fyi, we went during lunch hour but they are closed for break for an hour. Open on time. Keep it up ?

  Had a wonderful almost 3 weeks of recovery with Dr Ranjit and his team. Checked in almost everyday to address my dressing. Also thanks to Dr Priya and Vickie for their attentive care in the absence of Dr Ranjit during my recovery period. Can’t asked for more, and gifted fruit basket as a small token of appreciation to the clinic’s team.

  My first visit to this clinic was back in 2011/2012. Dr Priya attended to me then. I became a patient again in 2023, when I heard she was back. She is detailed, thorough and will tell you as it is. There is no sugar coating the issue or making sound worse than it is.

  Whilst parking in the area is hellish it helps when you have an appointment time (make it well ahead of your scheduled visit if possible) and only need to be there 15 minutes or so prior, to register and await your turn.

  I have been a patient here for 21 years now, and I can genuinely say it’s my go-to place for all my skincare needs. From eczema flare ups during my childhood, hormonal acne during my teens, and overall skin checkups done routinely, my experience in this clinic and their service has always been a 10/10. Also, I had my first Pico laser treatment done here recently, and OMG it was such a pleasant experience. Dr Priya and her staff who was assisting her during my session was gentle and careful. I was sceptical about having laser done on my face, from 100 to 0 real quick! It was painless, comfortable and I could see an immediate difference. My face looked toned, brighter and it also felt very soft ? Can’t wait for my next Pico laser session with Dr Priya.

  One thing I noticed that was different during my recent visit is the clinic’s transition into computer systems, and although it might feel a bit unfamiliar at first, it’s clear they’re making strides to enhance the overall customer experience. The team has been incredibly patient and understanding throughout this process, making sure us, as patients feel comfortable with the changes.

  The commitment to embracing technology for the benefit of patients is commendable. It might be a small adjustment, but the results are definitely worth it and I have full confidence that the transition will only elevate the experience for everyone.
