Initially, I contact Jacky through his phone number: 98587555. Jacky is Grade 8 Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) and have 30 years experience in this field. He is very professional and possess very good workmanship as well as meet a tight deadline without sacrificing quality.
When landlord’s LEW came to do testing, he make sure that all the installation meet their requirements and turn on electricity smoothly. Their service is very reliable.
Contacted Mr Jacky this morning about a power socket that stopped working which also caused the other 2 power points to stop functioning. Mr Jacky is very professional- he explained to us and guided us on what to check the circuit breaker and explain how to reset. He is very patient and clear in his explanations. Will definitely keep Mr Jacky as the main contact for all my electrical works in future !

My house water heater had caught fire and although we managed to extinguish the fire, we were very afraid of any possible electrical issue that might cause the fire. SCDF recommended us to look for licensed Electrician to check the lines before we could switch on our power, we were finding high and low but couldn’t find one who is willing to take our case (esp since this is a fire incident already).
Luckily, I managed to find Jackie who understand our position. Despite already fully booked, Jackie understand the urgency and came down to perform electrical check. Jackie is very professional and this is evidenced in his check, tools and conversation. He also provide his advice on future possible incident and how to take action in future.
