The reason I’m there again is becos somehow this outlet the chicken taste much better than Bishan and Toa Payoh and its a bigger outlet, like the dining area space better. Just gotta think positive that the staff busy prep nice food and neglected dining area cleanliness.
I’m kinda surprise during off peak, the coleslaw serve were dried and with bad after taste. The supervisor/ manager at the counter was quick to react when I brought the coleslaw to feedback. She immediately check on the others in their service chiller, seems the same issue. She went to the back and bring out a whole tray and pass me a fresh one. Guess either the team at this outlet didnt implement FIFO system properly or their storage chiller need servicing to ensure correct temperature. Wondering what were the other customer eating during lunch peak ???.
I enjoyed the meal very much and felt happy the manager gets food issue quickly. Will I be back, yes if I’m at JP again.
All rubbish bins are full, unattended. Informed staff, but no action taken. The cleanliness of store was below expectation. Seems like there were enough staff n 2- 3 managers on duty during that time of period with little crowd.
Lousy. Chicken salad for $6.15..
but may I ask, where is the chicken?
(no it’s not inside – the whole salad with plastic box is 146g only).
Does anyone check what you are giving customers in paper bags? Or do I have unwrap and to open every single item?
electronic queue display is out of order and customers have to break ears trying to catch up what numbers staff is mumbling through the masks… the worst staff, the worst experience.
Did not realized that the nuggets is spicy, request to change the nuggets to non spicy for my 3 year old son and was rejected. Disappointing
service wasnt good. too many untrained personnel who are not forcusing on their job. compare to the park near Jurong point. this one is inefficient. a complaint made month back then receive a call to redeem back my pathetic pack of fries. all craving already long lost.
Went to this outlet today, ordered at 2:50am, ordered sharing box, quarter pounder and mcspicy meal. Both upsized with crisscut fries. Only recieved my meal at 330am even though there is no other orders at that timing as the staff were busy “cleaning”. The staff even left out one of my crisscut fries and i had to go and remind the staff. Mixed up my large original coke and gave me coke zero instead. i even had to go collect it myself even though i opt for table service. Unacceptable service, worst macdonald experience i’ve had. Will not visit this outlet again.
