6 months agoClean and comfortable environment. Fast service from the staff. Good for family outing too since there’s a mini playground for children. Easy access to parking.a year agovery cool Texas Chicken branch here in Kota Bharu. it is very strategically located by the side of one of the most main and important road in Kota Bharu. also located near to adjacent housing areas which is easy and accessible for people to go to. this place is equipped with all the important amenities: a surau, a playground, a lot of charging ports and easy-to-use electric sockets for the ease and use of the customers. food also all good and staff also all friendly and service is also good. overall, this place feels very cosy and suitable for family and feels like home as well. there is also a drive-thru here. should come and definitely recommended??9 months agoThere is plenty of dining space. Kids can play at an easily monitored small playground at the back. Basic soft drinks can be refilled.a year agoThis was my first time at this location. Went through the drive through. Ordered two chicken sandwich sets and an 8 piece. The chicken were nice and crunchy. But the sandwich lacked the veggies. They did not look anything as advertised. Try harder Texas Chicken.

The queue time is pretty long, not overall I think it’s a good place, quite big, clean and has lots of tables. We only took fries and it was fine. The parking is not big, but at least it exist.
Worst KFC I’ve been served. Fries were cold. Meat in the burger was not white and had a weird fabric to it, had to spit it out. Chicken was super greasy with a yellow secondary fat layer on it that I’ve never seen before. Drinks machine wasn’t working. It was producing warm drinks. So ordered a different drink and was charged extra for it, even though that was my only option. Don’t come here.
Mashed potatoes yang saya order tidak fresh langsung. The potato part is dark yellow. Rasa masam. As a kfc mashed potato lover for years, I’m very disappointed.

Uses old chicken, not hot or warm. Lazy supervisors and workers.. why there isn’t any standards and quality emphasis on all the KFC outlet, is getting bad to worse.
