a month agoFood is fresh and good with clean environment and friendly staff. You need to order your food at 1st floor self-service kiosk and collect your food at counter after they call your number. If you want to dine-in you need to go up stairs which they have a dine-in area for you to enjoy your meal, definitely not wheelchair friendly. Parking is another big problem as this area always congested during lunch/peak hours, with limited parking space. But there is a lot good restaurant near this area and Terminal Jalan Othman PJ is just opposite road.9 months agoWorst experience ever with “Drive-in”. Waiting for almost an hour inside my car. The idea is just order and wait for them to deliver to the car but that never happened. I had to go out to the counter and ask where is my order.“Oh order dah lama siap” said the staff when I go get my order. Then why no one deliver it to my car? If this facility doesn’t working please don’t offer that. We are expecting smooth experience but this is very annoying when it doesn’t work.

4 months agoI think some reviews were unfair about the place. People expect a bit too much.For me, compared to many other branches, the foods here were always up to par, never burnt, etc. Sauce and cutleries, never missed, just enough. Online system that always works. Good air conditioning and fairly clean. Theres always at least one worker in charge of cleaning at the dining area. They serve and say thank you ( a bit of a rarity nowadays) And yeah the wait was never that bad, not hellish ,or forgotten my order, never happened
Tips: I try to come at non-peak hours, less hassle, its part of your effort to ensure a pleasant experience.

Maybe you’ve already read here that the breaded is too thick and chicken meat is rather small. Also opted for extra mozzarella cheese which taste nothing like mozzarella. Hope you can improve the quality, especially if you’re charging significantly higher than your competitor.3 years agoVery nice local burger and roti john. Pricy but superb delicious. Must try. Pls don’t forget to add morzarella cheese for each burger and roti john. You will enjoy taste of cheese leleh.4 years agoIf you have ever tried burger baek at Sunway this is even better than burger baek. The burger is the best among all the local burgers I’ve tried so far. Definitely gonna go back again for more. A must for everyone even though if u might not like it but there’s no harm trying it.

Firstly, the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. The curly fries, root beer float, and ice cream waffle are the main reasons for visit.
However, the portion is not reasonable, especially the onion rings and curly fries. There are only 4 onion rings including a very tiny one. The 3 stars are for the overall maintenance of the restaurant. Hope the management can look into touching up and brightening the entire place.
I came here with a very happy mood at first knowing tht this place brings back my childhood memories. But unfortunately my first bite of the curly fries taste very terrible (sorry to say but i feel like eating a poop???). The unpleasant smells & the taste really disappoint me. Even right after I’ve brushed my teeth, the unpleasant smell is still there. Luckily the manager willingly to refund back my money. But i’ll never coming back here again. ??
Food: Ordered the A&WTIMATE beef burger comes with curly fries. There’s like macaroni cheese on top of the beef patty. I loved their curly fries & the root beer float.
Staff: Helpful and explained well about the food sets.
Ambience: Feeling nostalgic.
BAD services, no eye contact, no instruction, no greeting.
Bad food. They serve cold food, not freshly made. Worst taste ever.
Bad environment. Roof leaking and dirty. Got cockroaches all around. I should call ministry of Health to check this haunted place. I wonder how they maintain their business.

They should repair the ceiling with water mark showing water leaking condition.
