“Oh order dah lama siap” said the staff when I go get my order. Then why no one deliver it to my car? If this facility doesn’t working please don’t offer that. We are expecting smooth experience but this is very annoying when it doesn’t work.

For me, compared to many other branches, the foods here were always up to par, never burnt, etc. Sauce and cutleries, never missed, just enough. Online system that always works. Good air conditioning and fairly clean. Theres always at least one worker in charge of cleaning at the dining area. They serve and say thank you ( a bit of a rarity nowadays) And yeah the wait was never that bad, not hellish ,or forgotten my order, never happened

Firstly, the staff here is very friendly and welcoming. The curly fries, root beer float, and ice cream waffle are the main reasons for visit.
However, the portion is not reasonable, especially the onion rings and curly fries. There are only 4 onion rings including a very tiny one. The 3 stars are for the overall maintenance of the restaurant. Hope the management can look into touching up and brightening the entire place.
I came here with a very happy mood at first knowing tht this place brings back my childhood memories. But unfortunately my first bite of the curly fries taste very terrible (sorry to say but i feel like eating a poop???). The unpleasant smells & the taste really disappoint me. Even right after I’ve brushed my teeth, the unpleasant smell is still there. Luckily the manager willingly to refund back my money. But i’ll never coming back here again. ??
Food: Ordered the A&WTIMATE beef burger comes with curly fries. There’s like macaroni cheese on top of the beef patty. I loved their curly fries & the root beer float.
Staff: Helpful and explained well about the food sets.
Ambience: Feeling nostalgic.
BAD services, no eye contact, no instruction, no greeting.
Bad food. They serve cold food, not freshly made. Worst taste ever.
Bad environment. Roof leaking and dirty. Got cockroaches all around. I should call ministry of Health to check this haunted place. I wonder how they maintain their business.
