2 weeks agoI got to know this furniture shop from hardwarezone where it was highly recommended by forumer as one of the top 10 in JB. I am not disappointed, I got all I need, price is reasonable and delivery is fast.2 years agoThank you Mikuang for the amazing service & exceptional quality furniture. I consulted them to design the TV Panel and the finish & workmanship of the product was excellent and the price is reasonable too. The staffs are professional and very efficient. I would recommend Mikuang for all your unique, custom made furniture!7 months agoHas wide range or furniture, we were trying to look for affordable wood series furniture and manage to get everything here. We were assisted by Farah, her service was the best, she is patience to assist us via whatsapp as well. We were buying for our Singapore house and are glad to know about this shop that provide good product and good service. the shipment was on time and the installation was good, they have 6 people to come for installation and add on wooden leg for support. highly recommended! everything was efficient and hassle free4 years agoExcellent service, best price, free delivery to Singapore and surprisingly well after sales service.Fadil from Mikuang made our furniture shopping decision super easy and his recommendation were spot on. We bought – sofa, wall mounted TV console and dining table & chair and baby cot.
All the furniture were top notch quality and their delivery & installation folks were easy to coordinate and deal with.
The best part is, the baby-cot base had some defects and when I raised this to Michael (Mikuang boss) via WhatsApp, he went out of the way to custom make a new solid baby-cot base for us and saved the day. Really touched with his solid customer-centric style and would definitely recommend Mikuang to anyone.
Thank you, Michael, and looking forward to our next furniture shopping in Mikuang again.
3 years agoFrom my point of view as a designer, Mikuang is professional and easy to co-operate with. They provided a good service with patience to introduce their furniture which suit my interior design, and help me completed the project smoothly. Their workmanship on custom built is neat , and their loose furniture’ quality is good.

a year agoTLDR: It was such an unpleasant experience here. They were all smiles when taking your order, and if you face any issue/problem, the lady boss gives you a bad attitude and even scold you.We were shopping for furnitures along Molek and chanced upon this shop. If you’re not a msia local but intends to buy your furnitures from M’sia, please act with caution and know the risk if you buy your furnitures from this place.
We were served by Kai Ling, and her service is splendid. She was courteous and was patient with us. We decided to go ahead with our sofa purchase for our new house.
When we were making the deposit, we met with the lady boss (she was the cashier). She was all smiles when we made our deposit. We arranged a delivery date with her and came back with the second balance payment – she was still polite and all.
It was only when our renovation got delayed unexpectedly and we notified them to check if they are able to change our delivery date to a later day. The lady boss contacted us directly and was very impatient and scolded us for giving her problems. We even asked how much is the cost if we were to change the date but obviously her priority was to call us and give us a piece of her mind before looking for options/solutions for her customers. End up we didn’t want to deal with her bad attitude anymore and proceeded with the original delivery.
Our flooring was not done yet so we had to trouble the reno workers to shift the sofa here and there to complete the work. Luckily they were very nice to help us, as the sofa is really heavy.
a year agoRevisited this shop to get some furniture for my new house, based on my mum’s recommendation (she also got furniture from this shop few years back). I was served by Kai Ling who also served my mum back then. Her service before and after sales was good and very responsive (when I needed measurements and contacted her on whatsapp). The other staffs are very helpful too as I went to this shops a few times to survey and place order and the other staffs also came over to serve when Kai Ling was busy with other customers. Met the lady boss during one of my visit and she was very friendly and managed to close the deal with Kai Ling for me.They have a lot of furnitures on display to see, try and feel as it’s located within 3 units of 2-storey shoplots. A lot of varieties and designs to choose from which you will be spoiled with choices ?
Highly recommended to visit this shop to get your furniture for your new house ? And they do deliver to Singapore too, so it’s super convenient!
11 months agoThere are vast variety of unique and comfortable furniture in their catalogue. I’m sure each everyone who came here will come home with a piece of furniture from this store. Overall good customer service from the employees , i have an excellent experience here11 months agoReally love it….the staff is so friendly and the price is affordable… The shop is easily to look for and so many furnitures in it…..I really love it11 months agovery nice place. very recommended place to find the nice design of furniture. good service as well. the worker very helpful.
