We were shopping for furnitures along Molek and chanced upon this shop. If you’re not a msia local but intends to buy your furnitures from M’sia, please act with caution and know the risk if you buy your furnitures from this place.
We were served by Kai Ling, and her service is splendid. She was courteous and was patient with us. We decided to go ahead with our sofa purchase for our new house.
When we were making the deposit, we met with the lady boss (she was the cashier). She was all smiles when we made our deposit. We arranged a delivery date with her and came back with the second balance payment – she was still polite and all.
It was only when our renovation got delayed unexpectedly and we notified them to check if they are able to change our delivery date to a later day. The lady boss contacted us directly and was very impatient and scolded us for giving her problems. We even asked how much is the cost if we were to change the date but obviously her priority was to call us and give us a piece of her mind before looking for options/solutions for her customers. End up we didn’t want to deal with her bad attitude anymore and proceeded with the original delivery.
Our flooring was not done yet so we had to trouble the reno workers to shift the sofa here and there to complete the work. Luckily they were very nice to help us, as the sofa is really heavy.
